“I contacted customer services as I was confused over the description of how to redeem the code and couldn’t get it to work. Asked for a refund and purchased elsewhere but they would not refund me so have a code that is unused and wasted my money.”

“I had to wait 7 days to get an "instant delivery", then the key didnt worked, I purchased from somewhere else since I needed fast, requested a refund and was given a second key, then denied the refund because I already have the second key, after that they ghosted me, im stuck with a key that I guess im going to giveaway in my fb/ttv/YT channel. Since they ignored my request and did whatever they wanted anyway.”
