“VERY hit and miss. Support is awful - one key was invalid so they posted the same key again. One key was for the wrong product version, but they have ignored this for a while now. I have been forced to recoup my costs from Mastercard.”

“Just bought 1 month of DIscord Nitro from them. In return I received a link for a free trial of 3 months of Nitro. The problem here is that they have tried to charge me for a free trial, that is obviously meant to be free. Secondly the offer is only available to new members of discord or people who have never subscribed to Nitro. Nowhere on their websites page does it mention this. So trying to rip people off by charging for a free trial + false advertisement!”

“upto now 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for my keys to be issued even after emailing an email support to them.so not sure where there Fast Delivery - Our instant delivery system, Autokey, allows us to dispatch thousands of CD Keys to all of our customers within seconds. “The MS Office 2019 for a Mac is not correct but it downloads a 2016 version which is cheaper. I have got tired trying to explain this ,so asked my back to query the payment. So buyers be aware all is not what it seems.”

“I bought a license and they have not delivered it to me, an hour waiting, they do not answer the tickets, mail, the call is a robot, Skype does not answer. They do not have an instant delivery, it is false. I want the refund”

“I bought a game pass, it was not easy to redeem the code. When finally managed to redeem the blasted thing my Console did not accept it. Tried to contact customers support, that didn't work, they asked me to sent countless pictures, had to resize them, for they were to big, managed to attack all pictures, answed all questions just to get to the end to a submit button that didn't work. SO FRUSTRATING. so I decided to send an email and I'm still waiting for a reply”

“Code was said to be available 12 hours before release of Elden Ring - 9 hours after release i still have no Code. Support seems to be lieng to costumers (I got the same message as the guy below that my Code "should now be ready to collect" which it isn't). They also told be my order will arrive at release before.”

“Was told my order would be ready went into check it and no order these guys are fake do not buy from them. Hi, Sorry for the delay in processing your order. I've double checked your order and I can see that the order is now fully approved and the key is available to collect. Please go to our Autokey Page and collect your key. “DO NOT “pre order” Xbox game codes Don’t preorder anything, the entire point of preordering something is so that you secure your spot on the item, the site claimed to send codes out 12-24 hours before release for preload even 2 days, didn’t happen. Now I’m 5 hours away from release and I see that I have an out of stock message? How can a pre-order be out of stock?!, they also don’t tell you it’s out of stock until you buy the item. But when I “pre-ordered” my game it was still in stock up until 5 hours before release.”

“This page is a disaster, after writing several emails politely explaining that the link that gives you the key does not work for me they do not answer me and I have lost the money, I will claim via PayPal to see if I get the refund. Don't buy”
