“adter purchasing a key i had wanted to cancel the order as i didnt want the game anymore. The button to say i can cancel it wouldnt allow me to cancel the order which ended up in me gaining the key that i dont want and getting a refund is pretty much impossible”

“I ordered a digital key for Microsoft Office. It didn't work. I asked for a 2nd one instead of a refund. It didn't work. Then I asked for a refund. Instead I was sent a 3rd key. I couldn't log in, so I clicked on forgot password. Got a message that service was currently unavailable. Too much time had passed, I had work to get done so I bought a legit key from Microsoft. When I asked for my money back, again, I was told since they already sent me another key (that I didn't ask for nor was able to access) they would not be getting one. Save your money, this is not a good company with which to deal!”

“They advertised the game I bought for steam as global. When I purchased it it wasn't global. I asked for a refund they first tried giving me instructions to redeem on Xbox with a VPN (so they didn't even read the refund request). When I replied saying it was steam they only offered to return the money if they could sell the code again. It's been I think over a month of the code I bought trying to be sold again and nothing. I think it's completely unfair that they falsely advertise a product and won't refund after. Will never buy from again”

“be careful, they are scammers, they steal other people's money, I made two transactions by mistake for the same product, the customer service manager did not want to refund me, despite I did not use the key to the product, in any case it's over I buy nothing from them”

“Keys in undefined and then wrong languages. Really bad support, arrogant, completely off topic and then replies snotty and snooty. Until there is no answer at all. Absolutely not recommended.”

“BUYERS BEWARE. chs cd keys stole my money and has refused to send me a refund. They failed to disclose terms and information about the sale until after the purchase so I wanted my money back. They refused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS.”

“I bought a license of office and that license stop working. Gets unactivated. I report do CJS and the answer was: "Hello, Regrettably, we are no longer supporting orders that were placed more than a year ago. Thank you for understanding! Best Regards CJS Support"”
