“A misleading link on the activation page cost me £60. I asked for assistance to reclaim the money, but was told that it was my fault for pushing the wrong link. Do not trust this company!”

“Poor customer service. Refused a replacement key for my microsoft office 365 lifetime but now its expired and they say " Office 365 accounts eventually get disabled. The word Lifetime is just a way for Microsoft to market their product, but as time marches on, technology keeps on progressing and change is inevitable. We usually process a replacement, but for the reason that you've purchased this for over a year and since we no longer sell this product. We can no longer process a refund/ replacement for you." Never buy a lifetime or any microsoft subcription from them”

“I've paid for 2 sets of xbox keys over 24 hours ago but still haven't received them! Instant I don't think. I've had some feedback but no one has fixed this situation and am still without my purchase. Can't even cancel the order as their system thinks its been given. Not impressed.”

“They haven't given me the key to the game I bought. I have to send anti fraud docs and I will have received an email, which I actually haven't received. Think twice before using these types of sites. Sometimes it is worth paying a few pound more from the official sites”

“I got a copy of Microsoft office 2021 from them, the cd key did not work on the Microsoft website but they sent me a ISO to install it through and register it there, now having worked in IT I know not to just trust and install from a random ISO as I don't know if any thing has been embedded (trojan or Malware) when I contacted customer support they just shut the ticket and advised me to use the ISO again I would have to be stupid to trust, so now I am down as I cant use it. the funny thing is I have gotten a copy from gamers outlet.net and had non of those issues it worked fine on the official Microsoft sight, but this is not the first time I have had issues with CJS”

“First time that I bought here it was great, got the game and done. The second time that I bought the anti-fraud system sent me a message, then the problem got solved. After that, I went to redeem my key got sent to getyourgame.com and stuff was going till I reached a problem. Talked to getyourgame assistant and he said to me to ask for a refund. Sent a message to CJS, their support system only answered me at 6:50 am saying that I needed to talk to steam support, which made no sense as if they even had not read my email or seen my messages. Now I need to wait till 6:50 am again to receive a message, to see if I'm gonna receive the game or the money back. Till then I'm not changing my review. If I could give half a star I would.”

“Slow at receiving my product, and when I eventually did, it didn't even work. Currently awaiting a refund. The sites a joke, I suggest try elsewhere.”
