“Code did not work. Took over 12 hours after the game was released for a code that didnt even work. Started a refund process that is long and complicated. Will update with results.”

“Pre-ordered Dying Light 2 and still waiting for the key despite it being released almost 9 hours ago now. When purchasing the key it never stated the item was out of stock anywhere on the product page but now when trying to access my key which is stated as "shipped" it says "No keys are currently stored on our online system for this game, as the game is currently on back-order, as stated on the product page" ... Thanks for nothing!!!”

“Purchased key for 12 Month Ultimate Game pass for my Grandson, £95 (which is a large sum of money to loose)!!! Turns out the key had already been activated elsewhere, this was confirmed by Microsoft. I am now having to jump through hoops to get a refund. Never will I recommend or purchase from this company again. So now I have also opened a case with PayPal.”

“Can’t use the second site. It will not allow me to put your code into it. You should provide the code Microsoft needs. I then tried to open a ticket but could note get the screen shot to work & could not paste add any files”

“Stay away from CJS CD Keys , in case you counter a problem they will never respond to you niether refund you , from my experiance on last Wensday recieving an microsoft office which I didn't want they never responded to my emails , NOTHING , they are cons full stop , don't throw away your money , and make sure to buy via PayPal and retrieve your money back”

“Absolutely awful - if like me, the key code dosent work. I brought Office 2021 and it simply does not work, the communication from CJS-cdKeys.com is super super slow , and mainly what they say didn’t work. I’ve spent hours messing about , and honestly I’d rather have spent £100 at Microsoft for a working legitimate code. If you value time, don’t bother with CJS. Awful client service.”

“Bought a code for someone else. I live in America and bought a code titled “steam wallet 50 USD code”. Didn’t work and was told that I bought a European code which was bs and if it’s not bs then they screwed up the title of the listing and are making me wait for them to sell the code to a European so they can give me the code that I purchased. Ridiculous and I don’t even need the code anymore bc It’s almost been 20 effin days since my purchase. If you’re an American and need a code just go to 7-eleven bc these guys think they’re a bank that can just keep my money.”

“I bought a Windows 7 Ultimate key but it did not work. Kept getting a security error. Sent in screenshot as requested, but was only asked to reinstall windows from their link - which I did again. But the key still wouldn´t work and kept getting a security error upon trying to activate it. I contacted CJS CD Keys but they just asked me again for yet another screenshot of the error. To which I replied that I had already sent a screenshot and for the cost of 6 pounds it wasn´t worth the hassle again. So I bought another key from a different supplier which worked a treat. Personally, I think the problem is on the Microsoft Windows 7 servers, as couldn´t even download patches, but unfortunately, CJS CD Keys failed to help, only wanted constant screenshots. For this I wouldn´t recommend of use again. Pity”
