“Misleading Product descriptions. They sell "DLC's" as Full games. Spend 1 Euro more and buy on an other Shop”

“Absolutely fake . Microsoft live gold purchase. No mention of Brazilian market only until purchased and the offers a so called free vpn to which isn’t . Besides you’d have to unlock your device to accept one . So what the offer isn’t achievable . Beware”

“Well I bought some CD key. Then they asked for a bunch of information sensitive documents to prove my identity. As I didn't want to share all this information with them, I asked for a cancellation and a refund. Then I got emailed that the personality check is totally fine (even though I didn't submit anything) and that I can collect my key. After trying to collect the key, the order was faulty (the url leading to image with the key didn't exist). However, at that time, my order has been flagged as 'shipped' and no cancellation could be done. After that I started a lengthy email process, but it was all 'just give us a bit more time we'll get it resolved'. Surprise, it never got resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. If it's something cheap, yeah, maybe risk it, but if you're looking to buy a key that's worth like $20+, DO NOT DO IT. All in all, seeing other reviews (if they're true reviews and not botted ones), it might be true that they actually do deliver some keys from time to time, but that isn't necessarily correct all the time, so think three times before you gamble with these guys.”

“i've bought NOD32 ESET antivirus for 3 devices 1 year key since early Nov '21 and uptodate I only manage to download for 1 devices. The following is my last email to Jessica and up to now I could not resolve it because your side has not given me a resolution. Hbchan81 19 Nov 2021, 13:40 GMT Dear Customer support, thank you for the initial advise for NOD32 FOR 3 DEVICES 1YEAR LICENSE; the activation for 1st Device is SUCCESSFULLY DONE! For 2nd device we face the failure as mentioned on screenshot 1: ACTIVATION FAILED - OVERUSED LICENSE follow instructions below to solve this problem I own this license what can I do? Refer 2nd Screenshot : for owner of license you can manage it : OPEN ESET HOME to manage the license in your account. THIS LICENSE KEY IS ONLY SET FOR 1 DEVICE ; please check I will appreciate as I want to activate ESET NOD32 on my 2 other devices as soon as possible. Chan p/s I have provided screenshots in my emails but here it is not necessary I leave it to you to keep your reputation if you don't ever want to keep it at all!”

“Terrible service and support - "Instant Delivery" - still waiting for the key and i cant cancel the order as it has been "dispatched" - its a digital code for goodness sake. Online webchat support is also not online - emailed support "normally respond within 10-15 mins" and got one email back to ask me a question i had already responded to. Would never order from this outfit again. I am having to raise a ticket with PayPal to try and get my money back. Its a shame there is not a 0 stars.”

“I would give CJS CD Keys a zero if that was an option. The CD-Key I bought for Windows 10 Pro is invalid. Okay fine, I'll go to support I check on the FAQ and they claim to have a rapid process for invalid key support, but it is such a hassle, I am here writing this review instead. THe screenshots you are asked to provide must be under 1 MB and they are multiple, so get ready to do a lot of compressions. The process seems to decentivize you from getting a refund or replacement. It is far easier for me to write a negative verified review than it is for me to go through that process. I would not recommend CJS CD Keys and I dread having to go through their awful refund process later.”

“They provided a refund on a pre-order to me but they charged a hefty merchant service fee which was extremely disappointing so I didn't get the full refund I was after. I tried to argue the point but the conversation took days - on average 1 reply a day. I ended up giving up in frustration and accepted the partial refund as I have better things to do than argue with employees that treat customers like trash.”

“Bought a game but keycode failed to deliver. Logged a support call 21 days ago and after multiple chases still no resolution. This is the second time this has now happened with this company, with no resolution. Rubbish service!”

“Purchased an x box gold membership for 12 months. Seemed a competitive price. Then when attempted to use for new x box x . Did not allow x box live for fifa 22. So contacted customer services no reply or assistance offered. Very disappointed.”

“I had bought a key for activation of my Kaspersky internet security which was not working after contacting CJS they promised a refund or a new key after 2 weeks and many emails back and forth I am still out of pocket , they are a bunch of crooks with lots of promises and no action so I will not be using this company again !!”

“Bought New World 2 days before launch, mostly because they had the option to pay with crypto. Apparently it doesn't work very well yet - my payment got stuck for a few days. Had to buy a 2nd copy off another site (I wanted to play at launch) because they wouldn't respond to me in time. At first they said they'll return my money, then it turned out that they don't return the money if you paid with crypto, only store credit, so I had to buy something I didn't really want off them, since I already got the game off another site.”
