“i have paid via my bank because i dont have a credit card or paypal and when i want to troubleshoot the key it says i have to use a paypal unique transfer code or something, i feel like i have been scammed”

“This site is a joke...first, I ordered a win10 key and there were some problems and I got the key after a few days after contacting support. Second, I paid for a call of duty key 10 days ago and I still didn't get it. I had to contact the support again and they always reply after 24 hours. They said it's gonna be solved in 12 hours but maybe a day. It's been 10 days since I payed for the key and still didn't get it. I send 5 emails and the answer was always "sorry".”

“I bought a game add-on from them(for Xbox). But they will not send me the code until the release of the add-on.(Full add-on release will be in February) but the day after tomorrow (8 Dec) those one who will have the deluxe edition will have early access. A friend of mine bought it on Steam from another vendor but I received the key in 1-2 min. They don't have a live support and the ticket is seems to be forgotten by them. So I will not have access to early content because they are not delivering me the key”

“stay away at all costs. bought 3 win 10 pro keys and with weeks of using all 3 computers have had major issues and ive had to reinstall windows and start all over.”

“Disastrous technical support, they do not give a solution and on top of that they send you to an external support to do their tasks for them. I understand that there is distrust with new users but not with those already known.”

“Been locked in communication hell for days. Despite sending multiple emails I haven’t had a single response. I’ve tried the phone number a few times and always get an automated message. I still can’t get my purchase to go through even though I have sent the required proof of identity by email numerous times. It’s been 3 days now and I give up.”

“I purchased a Ms Office key & on receiving approval was directed to their Autokey site to obtain the key. Autokey will start automatically to charge subscription fees. Therefore, I did not sign in & immediately requested that my order be cancelled and confirmation that I would not be billed by Autokey. Despite 3 emails, I have had no reply to confirm either. Buyer beware!!!!!”

“Paid upfront for a game, and still haven't received my game key after 5 days. Auto-key system is broken. Also, CJS support is very slow to reply. I can't even ask for a refund. I'm not buying from CJS ever again.”

“I will never buy from you again, i paid for 3 keys and when i wanted to activate them i was instatly locked into stupi antifraud and was unable to get the keys,so i wanted refund and your company denied it. I cant recommend this store”

“Took 25 hours for a key to be delivered to me. It was supposed to be ready but was not redeemable whatsoever. Contacted support and was supposed to get an answer within the next couple of hours, got no answer at all. I was able to claim the key a couple minutes ago which was disappointing. There are alternative sites out there which immediately grant you the keys. Spend your money there.”

“Asking me for a review although they have basically scammed me for £45 for call of duty.. they sent me a already activated code ive tried to get through on email and haven’t heard anything back. Absolute joke to have the cheek to ask for a review.”

“Yesterday, I bought a windows server 2022 Datacenter Code, the ververification of phone number took me way too long, and in the end, the product key didn't activate, and was reported illegal. I checked several times, if I typed correctly, but it failed. Another genuine code or a refund would be great. 75€ are a lot of wasted money, for items, which don't work.”
