“I purchased a Windows 7 Pro key, copied and pasted it in and got a not genuine response from Microsoft. Went through the return process and the submit button didn't work but the CAPTCHA kept timing out.”

“I bought a key for windows 10 pro. There is a week and CJS CD keys doesn't respond to my ticket and communication. I just want a replacement. Bad company. Got o somewhere else”

“Preordered Battlefield 2042 in September. The game was released 19th November, after numerous contact attempts I finally have the game on the 22nd November. The activation instructions were false, took 3 days to get a single reply. They did fix the activation instructions eventually. Buy a game that’s already out from here if your in no rush to play it, DO NOT PREORDER if you would like to play the game on release. Slow customer service, vague instructions provided to amend the errors and I ordered a Brazilian region game but ended up with a US region game. Will NOT use this site again when there are so many cd key websites that offer this service without the hassle.”

“la pagina dice que entrega inmediata y despues de mi compra me mandaron pedir identificacion y un papel donde pusiera su nombre y que respondiera que no haria ningun reclamo, por lo que no recomiendo absolutamente nada esta pagina se supone que segun resuelven en una hora llevo mas de 4 y aun no me pueden dar solucion y tampoco me regresan mi dinero”

“I pre-ordered Battlefield 2042 expecting to be able to download my key on the day of release. The key didn't generate and I had to raise an incident with CJS to obtain the key. This is the second time this has happened.”

“I placed an order 3 times because the website crashed and said order did not complete. Then all three orders where showing as being in-progress so I raised a support ticket to cancel two of them and keep the first one. Now, not only has my ticket been ignored for 48 hours but they've now taken the money out after I asked them not to! Awful website and customer service (or lack thereof).”

“The product they are selling did not work and after countless emails back and forward they still could not assist and now refuse to reply or refund my money... lesson learned to not trust online. Thankfully it wasnt a lot of money but others out there may find it hard to even loose a little.... trust no one... definitely dont trust CJS CD keys.”

“tried contacting them regarding faulty key. they sold a region locked key that i couldn't use. raised ticket no response waited 5 days now no replies. going to get paypal to refund me for this fraud”

“Purchased a lifetime license for microsoft office from CJS CD keys, worked absolutely fine for 6 months. Within 3 days of this it stops working. The key has been removed. I contacted CJS CD keys and get a very generic response telling me that my order is older than 6 months and they won't do anything. I replied to ask for a little more information and they literally copy and pasted the first email. Not helpful at all. I feel as though I have been scammed, I bought something that is supposed to last for life, and it didn't even last a year. I have seen similar reviews so think this may be how they make their money. Customer service is terrible. They make you feel completely ignored. Very irritated. Will never buy from this company again at risk of it going wrong 6 months down the line.”

“I bought "InfraSpace", but they delivered "House Flipper - Luxury DLC", which is not what I ordered, and it's half the price. I obviously did not redeem it and contacted the support. Haven't heard from them for 4 days now. I don't have access to the product I bought, and I lost my money. As a seller delivering the wrong product and not reacting after that is not okay at all.”
