“Terrible service, purchased a game and got the code but would not let me put the code in, and I emailed them about this and wasn't much help and never got a refund or another code or anything back, do not purchase anything from here!”

“If the serial works this service is fine. However, as soon as there's a problem the customer service is appalling. 30 days since I brought the serial and reported an issue, yet still no resolution.”

“I bought a key for an xbox one console game but got a key fot the (cheaper) PC version. I opened a support case (474416) anf got a reply with a follow up two days later. I answered and never heard of since. Would not recommend.”

“Ordered a code from there it didn't work they ended up saying i had to change region for it to work, even when the code said works in all regions. Took them over 2 weeks to refund me kept stalling it but finally got my money back.”

“Awful seller, do NOT buy from them! I bought a copy of Gears Tactics for the Microsoft Store but it will not install. However, because the key TECHNICALLY activates despite the game not installing, they said that I was not eligible for a refund -- terrible service.”
