“Unfortunately, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate keys I purchased don't work. They're ones that require VPN to activate but, despite following all the instructions and even with the help of customer support, I've been left out of pocket by £70. Now Microsoft have updated there policy/software to block out of region code activations I can't recommend CJS CD Keys for this purpose. It's two star because they have at least attempted to support me post purchase, but I'm yet to receive a refund despite multiple requests. I've been sold a product that is impossible to claim/use, so I think a refund is reasonable at this point. I've been a customer for years, and up until this point would recommend them. However, at this point I can't really. It's a shame.”

“Shocking customer support. Purchased a PS Plus membership, which I clarified prior purchase if I can use my own account, to which I was advised I can. Bought it, then tried all sorts of things to link it...then I'm told that doesn't work, ask for a refund and I'm ghosted. This is being run by illiterate kids.”
