“Key wasn’t to be found anywhere. Referred to som dodgy page with ads and no key. Customer service extremely slow and ignorant. After one week I got the key. No explanation of the problem. Cheap though. And key works.”

“Honestly much more generous than I thought it would be. I ordered an Elden ring nightreign deluxe but only received the standard version. Thankfully they saw through this and seems I’m getting a refund and they sent me the upgraded pack for the deluxe. All in all good service.”

“Licence Key Invalid I purchased two Microsoft licence keys, one each for Visio Pro 2019 and Project Pro 2019. Neither key is valid, cannot even install the software. When trying to install from the official Microsoft website the error is 'Unsupported language'. Since these are supposed to be English language keys I can only assume they are invalid keys. Still attempting to get a refund.”

“I've got a few games through them in the past and had no issues, but then one of my steam keys failed to show, when i reached for help i was told to wait, it seemed to me they were more concerned with duplicate tickets than anything else. Still waiting for my steam key or my refund.”

“Bought a "Steam Key" only to be later told that it was an Nvidia Promotional Key (not for resale) bundled with and requiring a high-end GPU to activate. Coincidentally I do actually have the high-end GPU, but the code would not activate. I promptly notified CJS CD Keys who have consistently failed to provide a refund and have treated me with suspicion, demanding screenshots to prove that the key won't activate.”
