“Needed rather urgently Office Pro 2021 installed version not 365. Paid for the key, logged onto the Microsoft portal, pasted the key and in less than an hour, all downloaded, registered with MS and going well. Could not be simpler !!”

“Its now 11 days since software purchased, activation key didn't work so e-mailed them, quick reply promising it would be sorted or refunded. Numerous e-mail exchanges and 4 more promises later have had no fix or refund and now ignoring my e-mails so now going to PayPal for refund. Useless.”

“Wow one email in weeks now to tell me I've had the activation cos apparently I've nothing better to do with my time than send multiple email to be ignored about the activation code I paid for and to this day still haven't received! Customer service at its finest ( she says wishing there was a font for sarcasm! ) paid for on 22/11/25 still no code 12/01/26 rip off merchants do not recommend!”
