“I regularly buy product keys, and this is just the worst experience I've ever had. The key I bought is faulty, and gives the error message (Microsoft) "TokenNotFound". I've indicated this with screenshots after following the exact procedures recommended by CJ CDkeys. In the Terms and Conditions, it is very clearly stated in several places that in case of a faulty key, they will facilate a refund or give you a new key. However, at this point (2 weeks of communication) it is clear that they are completely unwilling to do this. They keep referring to a phrase in the Terms of Conditions that states "Refunds and returns are subject to the Seller’s policies. CJS will assist in facilitating refunds and returns in accordance with these policies. Once a digital key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded". They just happen to omit that this is actually NOT the full phrase which is: "Refunds and returns are subject to the Seller’s policies. CJS will assist in facilitating refunds and returns in accordance with these policies. Once a digital key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of faulty keys, where we will facilitate a replacement or refund." I would never, ever, recommend to buy here. Don't risk losing your money. Worst experience ever.”

“Website adverts can be annoying and mislead Ming when making a purchase but once you close it and scroll to the payment section it’s straight forward. I was emailed my code instantly and was able to play my game with the hour after installed. You are updated along the way with your purchase and you will receive confirmation of your code working too. Great service. Very convenient and cheapest price for games then anywhere else I could find.”
