“Purchased key, didn’t work spend hours to get it work (as per instructions) no luck. Ask for help no luck. Ask for refund no luck. Ended up paying for microsoft subscription directly as this was for my sons xbox. As Microsoft updated their vpn awareness this method is no longer an option. Sorry guys don’t have time for this. Its always a risk I know but will definitely not take the risk with you guys.. Good luck with this attitude..”

“Not great experience for me key didn’t work for me guys did try sort but still couldn’t get it to work. When I requested a refund all communication stopped and ended up my bank had to get it back.”

“Honestly, the worst company I've ever dealt with! Bought a 12-month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, followed all instructions, waited 15 minutes between codes, and only got 9 months! Messaged them countless times, each rep acts like they're reading my messages for the first time, repeating the same unhelpful stuff. Two-day response times are ridiculous!”

“You have (just) informed me by email that I have received my code...but I haven't. The site said "in stock", but on purchase I was told it's on back order...although my account also tells me it's in stock. I'm unable to resolve or hear from the team. Worried I'm being scammed...?”

“I purchased a Steam Key from CJS CD Keys. I had a problem downloading the key. I contacted Support and received a reply fairly quickly with an explanation of the problem. Waited the suggested time for new stock to appear - and "Lo and Behold" they appeared in the time frame. Recommended for price and customer service.”

“I ordered four item keys separately, one of which subsequently turned out not to work. I followed all their requests and actions to try to resolve the problem. Once it was established that there really was a problem, I got a credit for that item. Yes, it took a few days of delay to sort everything out on my part to be sure I hadn't caused the problem, but that's to be expected. My Emails were answered promptly and I am really happy.”

“I placed my order for Office Pro Plus 2024 on 29 Apr at 10:56 AM. After discovering the software wouldn't install correctly on my PC, I tried to call them on their "customer service" line. The call immediately went to voice mail indicating no agents were available. I called six more times that day and got the same recording. I have tried multiple times every day since and receive the same recording. I left my name, email & phone number on the first attempt. I have received no response. At 12:12 PM on 29 Apr, I sent "customer service" an email requesting a refund. I received a reply indicating my request had been forwarded to another department for them to process my refund. Today is 1 May/11:36 AM. I have received absolutely no communication from CJS. I was apprehensive about ordering this software and it appears my misgivings were well founded. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
