“Poor customer service. Purchased 12 month Spotify account which only lasted 6 days, I didn’t play about with any settings like they’ve said. Ticket raised on 6th March 2025. It’s now 7 April 2025 yet to be sorted. Very slow replies, constantly saying don’t worry it will be sorted, Now they are no longer even replying. the whole reason and subject of my ticket raised was about the premium subscription being removed from the account after 6 days when I’ve purchased it the 12 month subscription, till when they finally said unfortunately you account is still active. Which I then said it’s got nothing to do with the account being active, it was to do with the premium subscription being removed. Utter garbage. Didn’t receive a refund nor another account. Very unhappy.”
