“I payed for a 12 month Xbox ultimate key and they sent me a 3 month key. I've asked for a refund or the 12 month key I paid for. I'm awaiting a response.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very disappointed with this company. Bought 2 subscription keys which didn’t work and after getting fobbed off by customer service went through PayPal which resulted in getting a store credit refund, had to repurchase the subscription keys at an increased price and again these don’t work. Have again been getting fobbed off by customer service who just waste your time asking for screenshots and refuse to give refunds. Would not recommend or use this company again. SCAMMERS”

“VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES, They are the worst to provide the resolutions. I have been chasing them from last 10 days but there is no resolution on my faluty code. They reply one time in 3-4 days and asking the screen shot then after nothing they will do, and again email to ask the screen shot. Attached my email communication so that everyone be aware of this company. IF THEY RESOLVED MY ISSUE IN 24 Hrs then I WILL REVIEW MY BAD REVIEW.”

“Bought a game for xbox. They sent a code for pc. Spoke to customer services, they wont refund money, no help or resolution 3 weeks later. Say i can redeem code even though they say they know they sent wrong code. Awful company. DO NOT USE”

“I purchased an Xbox account as a Christmas gift for my son, but it turned into a nightmare: the account was already blocked when I received it. It was really hard to explain to my child that Santa Claus had brought him a ‘blocked’ account. I immediately reported the issue to their support team and provided all the requested evidence, including photos. Unfortunately, their responses were very slow, taking 3 to 4 days each time. After 14 days of waiting without a solution, I asked for a refund. Their answer? Denied. They claimed I was the one who blocked the account — a completely false accusation. I carefully followed all their instructions, and I’ve purchased similar subscriptions from them before without any issues. There was no mistake on my part. They simply sold me a pre-blocked account. I will never buy from them again.”
