“Having purchased a lifetime Microsoft Office with my new laptop I loaded up Outlook to use as emailer, but this required a product key which I bought from CJS. The key collection process was straight forward and the key worked. Thank you CJS.”

“Purchased and Retrieved my software keys with no problem at all. The only issue I had was in less than an hour after purchase my credit card was billed twice for just under $100 by two unknown entities. My bank was able to stop the transaction luckily. My advice would be to see if your card company or bank has an option of using a virtual credit card. That way you can reset it after your purchase transaction is completed.”

“Overall, it got there. A bit of a 'funky' account creation setup, and some 'bling' before getting access to the purchased Key (via PayPal payment), but it got there and the Key works fine.”

“good products but i found out product key is only good for a one-time/one-computer use... so if you upgrade to a new laptop/desktop, you'll need to purchase another key.”

“All worked in the end. I the instructions were slightly lacking. But I went fir cheapest option. Got VPN and bought from Brazil as directed but somehow went to Turkey. VPN kept defaulting to brasil then. Took a while to work out was then worried my PayPal account on different email. But all sorted I the end. Took over an hour I the end which means if I would have been better working that hour and paying full price if that majes sense.. But I will use again. Especially since now I have VPN and knowledge... Instructions need to be reviewed CJS”

“I've only given a 4 out of 5 because I had a problem that I solved myself. It seems like visio wouldn't install alongside microsoft 365. The responses from the support team didn't really relate to my questions but rather very standard answers. The program installed the way it was supposed to after I solved the problelm.”

“I Rate it with 4 stars As there is always room to improve. I found there was a little lack of communication and the timing between PayPal, CJS keys and myself. Other than that I don't really have anything to complain about. I did find that I could not activate my copy of office 2010, in the manner in which they told me. I found that after I had the number or the keycode I had to delete office 2010 and reinstall it and entering the number or key when prompted to on the install. I have bought 2 licenses from CJS keys now and will most likely be buying one more in the near future I gain for office 2010. I hope this actually go somewhere and people see that there is problems with the communication in more than a timely manner. Thank you for listening”
