“It's good. But, it was supposed to collect the key during 12 hours as a max time. The actual time was more than 2 days.”

“The Auto Key verifcation system failed. However, when I filed a complaint using the order number, the problem was fixed manually withing a very short time. So, whilst the Auto Key system has bugs, the manual customer support susyem worked really well.”

“I'm giving it 4 stars cos it took me 6 hours of waiting to get my keys. There was some sort of issue with the payment that took the site that long to sort out, I was starting to feel like I'd been scammed. I'm happy I finally got the keys after all, and happy to have discovered the site overall. Great prices, great payment options. However, the owners have got to rethink their approach to customer service.”
