“I eventually managed to download and register Office 21. It would have been helpful if instructions included deleting previous versions of Office first. I didn't want to risk this without assurance from the company. Emails were replied to after 2 or 3 days with a stock message apologising for a fault with a link to the same exe files. It took 2 weeks for me to sort the issue without CJS help.”

“First I had a bad experience. I ordered the office 2021 keys which was advertised as instant guaranteed delivery. After purchase, when I tried to retrieve the keys it said keys are out of stock and I need to wait a max of 2-12 hours. Nothing happened. So I contacted the customer service and they refunded. But after a couple more days I got the email that the keys are back in stock. So I tried again and this time it worked fine. Genuine office keys, but I think they need to make sure that they should really check if they can do instant delivery before taking the payment.”

“Had issues with the orders as it was saying I had codes to collect but when I went to get them there was nothing there and it stated it was pending awaiting a response from the email they had sent. Got in contact with the support centre as could not do it through the autokeys page which normally deals with the orders. Got my keys and codes within 30 minutes of their response to my mail / issue log I had sent them.”

“Once I had collected the code it took several attempts to load it, it seemed every time the code was entered an error message kept appearing 'we did not find your product key' after 3 hours it loaded, I got all the icons up and just opened them, all appeared to be there, have not had time as of yet to try them all out hopefully no gremlins. Note when loading make sure you don't click on one of the pop up ads that seem to appear now and then”

“The initial process of setting up account was a little but troublesome, added with the process of purchase verification that delayed the entire process plus the annoying pop-up for Facebook ad. Hold on! Other than those, it's absolutely perfect!”

“Code works fine and everything is trusty. I have had to wait for hours though to obtain the code since it seems there are problems when CJSCDKeys email address account does not match with PayPal email address.”
