“There is no refund policy. Instead they offer you to spend in their store, in my case 200 GBP on something you don't need. And what you need is not available, but is still in their offer. Maybe someone else will get fooled like me, so they make more money.”

“Office 2024 License key came through in 2 minutes via a link. Had to download a different version of Office 2024 (previously on a subscription version of 365 but the installer clearly listed everything I needed to remove first). Install downloaded & installed in 10 minutes, key applied and working perfectly.”
