“If I could give it 0 stars, I would... Completely poor customer service. 6 days with an open case when it should have been as simple as doing a refound or issuing a new key, and nothing. Here they have me asking the same thing 10 times and nothing resolved. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this service at all.”

“When I am buying a game, I always check CJ's before buying on steam or other places. Saved me a ton of money, last two games were Darkest Dungeon and Rogue trader. Easily saved 50 euros there :)”

“Fairly simple process, good value for money, but just needed a little trial error on choosing download kink, other than that, brilliant service and applications”

“I recently purchased a game key from CJS CD Keys, and I’m very happy with the experience. The price was much lower than on other platforms, and payment was quick and easy. The delivery of the key was instant — I received it right after payment, and it worked without any issues. Customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a small question about activation. I haven’t needed to return anything yet, but based on my experience, I feel confident they would handle it professionally. Overall, great value and reliable service!”

“This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with . I purchased an activation key code for Mac home office, the key didn't work, the IT expert I had installing the key onto my new Mac contacted CJS Keys immediately and I have contacted them multiple times since. Their solution was to take back the key for re sale and once sold refund me .... forward 3 months and I have no key code and NO REFUND . Before purchasing the key I read their web page stating 'any issue with key download and you will get a full refund' ...so where is mine ? I would not recommend them to anyone . I will continue to fight for me refund .”

“Well, I have bought from CJS several times and always had a positive experience but this last purchase was not so easy. They have changed the download process and you must use Google Drive and one of their Zip extractors. Way too complicated ans the files go all over the place and not where directed. I am afraid, even with the great price, I will not be using them again. A real shame since the past experiences have been so positive. They broke a process that wasn't broken.”

“It took some time, because the verification was needed, but my Xbox game pass was successfully collected and it's valid. So, you may trust these guys.”
