DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I received dirty clothes to be told i will not receive a refund because they could not have possibly been sent to me in such condition, even though i stated on my returns note that i was very disappointed as the item was dirty/damaged!

Hi, I order the lulu ivory asymmetric drape dress in L and I was very disappointed cause I tried on the dress on Wednesday 23rd June which was the delivery date and the zip was not working the dress was not going up and the dress was not even Tight so I couldn’t under stand why the zip wasn’t going up. On Thursday morning I had to go to the Taylor’s / dry cleaners which charges me £35 to change the zip I was frustrated due to the fact it was hen do and I need the dress lastest on early Friday morning as I was travelling outside London for a weekend break to celebrate. I was so disappointed and not happy with the quality of this dress after pay £159 for the dress and an extra £35 for change of zip.

Terrible customer service, sent items back in due time for a refund and they have not resolved my query into when the refund will be processed. For over a month now they have just given me the run around and have avoided the matter. I am shocked to see how many consumers they have done this too and continue to do so. I would never buy from this company again and advise those who are considering making a purchase to do so if you are confident that you won't be returning the item.

This company is a scam. I bought something on the 16th on May and they sent me a fake tracking number. When I reached out on IG they replied and told me my package got returned on the 10th like how if I didn’t buy until the 16th? Bery disappointed!

Absolutely shocking customer care and service , have been trying to send back 3 dresses for over a week now but wouldn’t accept my QR code. I tried serval times in a store I chose to return them to.. but no luck and then emailed club “rip off” L London. Which gave me no reply. So I tried to change the location where to return and tried that. But still having trouble. I then finally contacted the company but now saying I cannot return as I’m over the returns limit? But tried to send it back for nearly a week ? Absolute joke. Do not purchase from this Brand. Money grabbing company

Unless you are confident that you won’t have to return any items for exchange or refund do NOT buy from CLUB L LONDON. They are dishonest and running a very shambolic business. I returned a dress 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. Apparently you have to wait for at least 15 working days to hear back from them on a returns decisions and it seems that from my reading of customer complaints; they then lie and say that the item is not in resealable condition. If I don’t receive a refund I will be reporting them to trading and standards. Trust me nothing they sell is worth the hassle!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I returned an item nearly 3 weeks ago and received no communication I have chased and chased to no avail!!! In my second order I bought 2 dresses, in a different colour but same size. One dress was the right size but the other was significantly smaller!! See pictures attached. Also the stitching was weird and oddly sewn on. They offered a 40% refund but what am I meant to do with a faulty item? Given that I haven’t received a refund for 3 weeks ago it’s unlikely I’ll get one for this item!!! I am sick of this company. Report them to trading standards and if you’ve used PayPal then raise a dispute also! I have. Don’t let them get away with robbing you!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CLOTHING COMPANY EVER!!! I bought a dress from Club L London, the total came to a little over $200 with shipping. The dress I received was PRE-USED, had snags ALL OVER IT, and had a very noticeable tear in the heart shape neckline! They gave me a hassle about providing me with a return label, trying to get me to pay for a return of a used and damaged item they sent me! Finally they agreed they would cover the 12.95 shipping cost AFTER I pay for the shipping for the dress back to them. The woman I corresponded with said the cost should be around 12.95...it was $60.00!!!! (Shipping from US) I still ended up paying the 60.00 because what am I supposed to do with the piece of sh*t dress they sent me? After I paid the 60.00 and sent them photo proof of my payment for the shipping and the tracking number, they still have not sent me a DIME back! I’ve sent multiple emails asking them where my refund is? No response other than they will send this issue to finance. I would NEVER...I repeat... NEVER buy from this company again. Buyer beware!

I wouldn't even give them one star. I have been chasing a refund up since January with multiple emails and nothing. No one replies or responds. The order I originally received was wrong. I received something I didn't order and when I bought this to their attention the response I received was Royal Mail must of taken some of your order. I'm not sure what man wants to take silk trousers and replace them with leather ones, but hey each to their own. I told the customer service woman that I'm just going to return the items i received back as I know it wasn't the delivery service's fault as they didn't pack my order. To that I was completely disregarded. I returned my items anyway and received a note from Royal mail showing proof that it was received by CLub London. Ever since the 21/01/21 I have been chasing a refund to them just not acknowledging my emails what so ever!!! They dont have a number that i can contact (or that i can find). Honesty i would just avoid the headache and order else where next time. Its too much of a full time job chasing anyone from this company upp!!!

AVOID- Lied about a refund. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Lied about a refund. I ordered two dresses from club l London. When they arrived I found they were both too small for me. I then returned both dresses using their return labels (which were very hard to find as they don’t make it easy to see on the app). I received a refund for one dress but not the other. I emailed club l London but got no reply. I went on to continually email them as the amount was still payable on my Klarna account. Over three months have passed and I only just received a reply (feb 2021) saying the dress was returned in a bad condition therefore I cannot have a refund! That is impossible as I only tried the dress on once and then returned it. After three months of no reply to numerous email this is very suspicious. I asked for evidence of the bad condition but of course no reply after that. This company is terrible!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I would give this company ZERO stars if it were an option. I ordered 3 items from here. Within the first 10 minutes of placing my order I realized I no longer wanted 2/3 items and emailed them immediately to cancel that portion of the order and that I would like a refund. No one answered me. I received those two items I did not want, along with the item I wished to receive. Unfortunately EVERYTHING looked horrible and not as pictured. Again I emailed for a refund, or even a shipping label to give me the credit, I havent heard back a thing. I tried to call them, but conveniently they do not have a customer service number. At this point I've sent SIX emails and an Instagram message. Due to their TERRIBLE customer service I will NEVER be ordering with them again and will be sure to warn everyone else thinking about ordering with them.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved! Absolutely shocked how they speak to their customers and Leave them in the dark about Their parcels been trying to get in touch before New Years it is now nearly a month on ! Disgusting would not recommend

Ignore the fake 5 star reviews and read the actual customer complains. They are a total scam/rip off. They will offer you a 40% refund to keep a return and never follow through causing you to miss the small return window. Zero response from customer service after you agree to a refund. Horrible company.

I'm stunned to see such bad customer service, which doesn't even try to hear what its customers have to say. I will recap the whole situation. I place an order on 09/07/2020, I closely monitor the delivery, on 09/10/2020 I see that my order has been noted as being delivered on the DPD site, it is then 11:30 am, I go down immediately to see my mailbox, I discover that there is nothing. I go back to call chronopost because the delivery was taken care of by them, although the parcel was handed over to DPD by the sender, Chronopost informs me that I must then contact the sender to launch a dispute, I am therefore contacting you on 10/09/2020 (request n 40108), I receive a response asking me to provide more information, to check with my neighbors if they had not received the parcel, something I had already done, and turned out to be negative, I send you back the dispute file sent by you, and sign on my honor that I have not received this parcel, I should have received a return from your leaves on 09/18/2020 as indicated in your email, not having received anything I decide to relaunch on 09/21/2020, I start again on 09/25/2020, then on 10/01 / 2020, on 02/10/2020 I finally receive a response telling me that the delivery man has been interviewed and that you have valid proof that the package has been delivered, and that you will not be unable to process a refund, I am responding to this email on 10/02/2020, specifying that this is not valid proof for me, and insist that I never received the package, relaunch it on 10/04/2020 because in the meantime I called DPD who confirmed to me that I had never received a complaint on this subject, I never had a return to my email from 04/10/2020, in the meantime I decided to go through paypal on 08/10/2020, I received the same email as that of 01/10/2020, without always getting given more details, proof that a dispute has been opened, I therefore respond on 10/09/2020 by reminding that I have contacted DPD, and chronopost and that they confirm that they have no open dispute on this subject, I am relaunching on 10/18/2020, replying to me on 10/19/2020 with an automatic email exactly the same as that of 10/01/2020 and that of 10/8/2020. It's been almost 2 months that I have been fighting with Club L London, to have the money that is owed to me, I have never received this package and I do not find it normal that I am not reimbursed, I cannot find not that normal either that one continues to answer me with automatic mails, without at any time trying to find a solution, I ask you for the last time after having called chronopost and DPD a lot of times, to contact them directly in order to settle this dispute with them, they made it clear to me that it is not valid proof to say that the package has been left in the mailbox, that they can not do anything without the sender contacting them not, I spent 2 months doing your job, i.e. trying to figure out what happened with this package, and you spent 2 months sending me back the same explanation, it's lamentable , I have never seen such terrible customer service.
