“This was my first order from Club L London. I ordered a navy jumpsuit for my birthday to arrive on the 3rd August. It was not delivered to my home, and when I got in contact with Club L London customer service they said I had to wait 28days for them to conduct a investigation before an outcome would be given! They said they had to check cctv and with the courier even though I have a ring doorbell camera!! Unfortunately for me I was out £60 which I could have used at my regular shop so now I have no jumpsuit , or £60! The customer service really is poor compared to any other brand I order from! I’ve never had any issues with Oh polly, house of CB or misguided. I wanted my refund but I won’t get it ! I will never order again or recommend to any of my friends due to my experience”

“Pros but definitely cons. The dresses are absolutely amazing no faults at all, apart from I order all dresses in a 14 and they fitted but a certain style I had to get a 12, and that was still baggy. But the dresses are worth every penny. BUT! I ordered three different orders due to the sizing being wrong, and then I saw I wanted another dress, this was due to going to a few weddings. In the end I kept 3 dresses, one from each other. Here’s the down fall to the company, I sent them all back together and it took three weeks for them to reply to my email. stating it takes 10 workings day, it had been over that as I could see on my Royal Mail tracking that they got the items back. they tried saying to me that they got there at different times but my tracking said different. anyways, I finally got my refund back gradually throughout the day only because I said I will never shop with them. I noticed that they refunded me for the dress I kept but didn’t for one I sent back. they were being sneaky as they were the same colour and when I got the email for the refund they take out the refund price so you can’t see. I explained what they done and for them just to refund me the rest. they wanted proof what dress I kept. So I sent a photo, then they asked me how much the difference was (it’s on their system they should know) it just kept going round in circles until I said I was gonna take this further. Moral of the story, this company takes your money very quickly but doesn’t give it back. Oh and now I’m having to wait 10 more working days for the money to go into my account which is over £300 worth.”

“Do not purchase !!! scam !!! 0 star !!! I have ordered several items from this website. one item was faulty as the zip got stuck not even half way before i could try it on. i am trying to return the rest. however, my log on details are not working, i tried to create new log on details, it worked the first time when i created the log on details - but never again. I have emailed the company several times of how to return - however no reply, my 14 days are due to expire for return - ????”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I received dirty clothes to be told i will not receive a refund because they could not have possibly been sent to me in such condition, even though i stated on my returns note that i was very disappointed as the item was dirty/damaged!”

“Hi, I order the lulu ivory asymmetric drape dress in L and I was very disappointed cause I tried on the dress on Wednesday 23rd June which was the delivery date and the zip was not working the dress was not going up and the dress was not even Tight so I couldn’t under stand why the zip wasn’t going up. On Thursday morning I had to go to the Taylor’s / dry cleaners which charges me £35 to change the zip I was frustrated due to the fact it was hen do and I need the dress lastest on early Friday morning as I was travelling outside London for a weekend break to celebrate. I was so disappointed and not happy with the quality of this dress after pay £159 for the dress and an extra £35 for change of zip.”

“Terrible customer service, sent items back in due time for a refund and they have not resolved my query into when the refund will be processed. For over a month now they have just given me the run around and have avoided the matter. I am shocked to see how many consumers they have done this too and continue to do so. I would never buy from this company again and advise those who are considering making a purchase to do so if you are confident that you won't be returning the item.”

“This company is a scam. I bought something on the 16th on May and they sent me a fake tracking number. When I reached out on IG they replied and told me my package got returned on the 10th like how if I didn’t buy until the 16th? Bery disappointed!”

“Absolutely shocking customer care and service , have been trying to send back 3 dresses for over a week now but wouldn’t accept my QR code. I tried serval times in a store I chose to return them to.. but no luck and then emailed club “rip off” L London. Which gave me no reply. So I tried to change the location where to return and tried that. But still having trouble. I then finally contacted the company but now saying I cannot return as I’m over the returns limit? But tried to send it back for nearly a week ? Absolute joke. Do not purchase from this Brand. Money grabbing company”
