They told me one dress was covered in dust and were returning to me and would not refund. My daughter tried on both dresses in same dust free room! How do I know this is not a scam and has been dropped on the floor in warehouse? I am NOT happy at all. Terrible customer service. I asked for a manager to telephone me to discuss but have had no correspondence.”
