Si vous tenez à votre santé, ne commandez surtout pas de housse en cuir "BY CAST". Celle-ci est revêtue de polyuréthane, composé chimique très toxique pouvant entraîner des troubles respiratoires, problèmes cutanés, ... ce qui s'est manifesté chez nous ! Nous avions effectué notre choix d'après plusieurs échantillons (mais la toxicité ne se marque pas sur un petit bout de cuir!). Comfort works ne nous a pas proposé d'échange ou de retour satisfaisant étant donné que qu'il ne prend pas en charge les frais de transport de retour de la housse (130 euros depuis la Belgique) et qu'il compte 129 euros pour des frais de restockage !! Bref, à ce prix-là, nous aurions mieux fait de nous acheter un nouveau canapé et nous avons jeté 369 euros (prix de la housse en cuir) à la poubelle !!

Merci encore d'avoir partagé votre souci, nous sommes navrés encore fois que vous n'êtes pas ravie de vos housses mais nous pensons que nous avons proposé une solution raisonnable. Nous tenons à clarifier tout d’abord que l’enduit en Polyuréthane n’est pas toxique une fois séché et bien traité. C’est pourquoi nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas payer les frais d’import, de douanes, de restockage et rembourser la différence des prix des housses. Malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait aucun défaut de production de notre part, nous serons plus que ravis de fabriquer d'autres housses pour vous, mais nous ne pouvons pas prendre en charge tous les frais. We ordered a Moheda cover for our couch, and of course, I was expecting to be custom made for it after paying such a large amount of money. We received the cover, and the product was faulty, it was not the way it was described on their website and photos, being very loose at the right side of the couch, super uncomfortable when sitting, so I stated that I'm not going to keep it. After back and forth emails for more than 10 days, they finally gave me an address where I can ship the product, but stating they will keep 35% of the amount, and not sending me a prepaid shipping label. So now i have to pay $180 for shipping and eat the 35% from the cover. That's unacceptable, and even on their website it states that if the cover is loose, they will provide a 100% refund: "If there had been fault on our part i.e.,- Sending you the wrong item(s) - Covers do not fit (too loose/too tight) We'll either refund you the full product value for a return" They should have mentioned that the covers for Moheda couch are loose from the beginning, before shipping the item, but they mentioned that in an email after I complained, suggesting i should use the pillows to keep the cover on it's place. Like common, I'm not paying more than 400$ for a cover to be loose, and the only way keeping it in place is using the pillows that I have. "Since the Moheda is originally upholstered and not slipcovered, there’s nowhere for the fabric to attach to so the best way to keep the frame cover on is to place the back cushions on top." Such a bad experience and headache with them, they are not true to what it states on their website, it is unacceptable Comfort Works!!

Sorry to hear about your experience with us Lorena, It seems that it might have been a mismatch of expectations with the slipcover that you received; As mentioned, the Moheda is indeed an originally upholstered couch and the only way to give it a 360 degrees, tailored makeover is through re-upholstery. Slipcovers would always be a bit more relaxed at the end of the day, and provide an easy way to clean a sofa since they're a 100% removable. We sincerely believe that we have provided a product that was made to function and look as it should, which is why we have to charge a restocking fee should you decide to return. Once again, a simple solution using upholstery twist pins (which we can provide free of charge) to help secure the covers down even more would have done the trick, but it was also a solution to which you had declined to. We do stand by everything we make and if there truly was a fault on our part, we'd be able to refund you in full for the slipcovers. However, this wasn't the case and am afraid the restocking fee would still apply should you decide to proceed with the return. Regards, Chuck
