We ordered a Moheda cover for our couch, and of course, I was expecting to be custom made for it after paying such a large amount of money. We received the cover, and the product was faulty, it was not the way it was described on their website and photos, being very loose at the right side of the couch, super uncomfortable when sitting, so I stated that I'm not going to keep it. After back and forth emails for more than 10 days, they finally gave me an address where I can ship the product, but stating they will keep 35% of the amount, and not sending me a prepaid shipping label. So now i have to pay $180 for shipping and eat the 35% from the cover. That's unacceptable, and even on their website it states that if the cover is loose, they will provide a 100% refund:
"If there had been fault on our part i.e.,- Sending you the wrong item(s)
- Covers do not fit (too loose/too tight)
We'll either refund you the full product value for a return"
They should have mentioned that the covers for Moheda couch are loose from the beginning, before shipping the item, but they mentioned that in an email after I complained, suggesting i should use the pillows to keep the cover on it's place. Like common, I'm not paying more than 400$ for a cover to be loose, and the only way keeping it in place is using the pillows that I have.
"Since the Moheda is originally upholstered and not slipcovered, there’s nowhere for the fabric to attach to so the best way to keep the frame cover on is to place the back cushions on top."
Such a bad experience and headache with them, they are not true to what it states on their website, it is unacceptable Comfort Works!!
