Comfortbilt has incredible customer service and helpful videos. If you or I ever need assistance in getting your Comfortbilt stove operating perfectly Tyler in customer service or the website is always a great resource.

Can you give 5++ stars? We have been so blessed to have our Comfortbilt stove. The heat is so much better than conventional heat. We have also appreciated the costomer service. The staff have gone out of their way to give assistance and make sure we have a safe, functioning stove. we take this opportunity to say publicly, THANK YOU, David and Twila

I was very satisfied with my experience on the chat line. When I have called before your company has always helped me. With the video you sent me I was able to install the part and fix the issue. Being a female and elderly I did not know if I could do it but I did and wasso proud of myself. Thanks Comforbilt.

I did a lot of research before I purchased our pellet stove. One thing I do before I make any large purchase online is attempt to call the companies tech support to make sure they are available. I do not deal with companies that have no phone support available. I had no issue both calling or chatting with Comfortbilt tech support, before and after my purchase. The stove was easy to install and Comfortbilt has so many video tutorials you might not ever have a reason to go to tech support unless you have a major issue. So, I have had the stove installed for about two weeks and so far we love it!

I am so very pleased with Comfortbilt. I previously owned a pellet stove from another American based brand and when I had a problem, as inevitably happens with all such stoves (things wear out, etc) it was difficult to work on the stove itself, source parts, speak to people, etc. That is not the case with Comfortbilt. Their techs are top notch, friendly and willing to help. The stoves are fairly easy and straightforward to replace parts. Comfortbilt does honor their warranties and they do it all with a smile. The stove itself is awesome. Powerful and packs a heating punch! I heat the entirety of my 1500 square foot home with the HP50 and after it reaches temperature maintains that heat in the house on the lowest setting. While I expect my stove to last for a long time to come, if I find myself in the market for another, it will already be a Comfortbilt!

We have had the new ignitor in for about a month. The stove has been working well. We had to replace the old ignitor several times. I think this 1 is going to last a lot longer. Old one would make a noise when it lite, now it's all quiet. Very happy!

I just want to let you know you guys have the best customer service in my books.. I emailed and asked a few question and I had an answer right away.. There was a lot of things that I didn't know about my pellet stove that I do now and my stove is running very well now that I fixed my problems..b Thanks for all the tips..
