“I’ve owned a Comfort Bilt HP 22 for over seven years, and recently, the thermostat indicated a room temperature exceeding 100 degrees when the actual temperature was about 70 degrees. The pellet stove would then automatically shut down within the hour. I contacted customer support online and almost immediately received exacting information and a video from Clint Davis explaining how to resolve this. The stove was up and running within 10 minutes. All this happened at 05:56 CST. Fantastic support. Thanks again, Clint.”

“I was sent The quartz igniter I purchased works great. I was a bit confused by the the instalation video, had a quick chat with support and was up and running in about 15 minutes. If it gets 1/2 the expected lights this is going to be a great buy It lights in about 2 minutes or a little less. I have had no ignition fails since I put it in. My thanks again to Comfort Bilt Support they are GREAT bil”

“The customer service we received was exceptional. Our switch stopped working on our pellet stove and they sent us a new one super fast, no questions asked. They also directed us on how to bypass the switch until the replacement came in so that we could continue to heat with the cold temperatures we were having. They really saved the day!”

“I bought a fireplace insert which proved to be a tougher install. Had to work through figuring the computer control unit. We love the unit, just a warning to people its not any easy DIY project. But again, we love the results! We had a shipping damage piece, but the customer rep was great and shipped out a new piece within an hour. great company.”

“I had a problem with a thermo switch which was diagnosed over the phone. And the gentleman sent me the part I needed and he was right. It was exactly that and no charge for the part very easy to put in. It was a fantastic experience I would buy another one in a heartbeat”

“We had a different brand than Comfortbilt our first pellet stove that lasted 21 years and when we decided to replace it we purchased a Comfortbilt red in color. Have had it for alittle while and couldn't be happier. It heats our house of 1800 sq.ft.”
