“My stove started acting up at a bad time, we use this stove hard in the winter, so obvious we're going to have issues, so I purchased the stove parts care package and new steel plate, we couldn't have been happier with this purchase the steel plate felt heavier than the original, and I've only used a few of the parts to get things running as new with the other parts on hand incase of an emergency thanks for being there when we needed you”

“Well the small brush works real good. I like it. But the 3 inch brush for the pipe. Is A different story. I have trouble pushing it through the pipe. I feel the cable handle is to flexible. It bunches up when I try pushing it through the pipe. Just my opinion”

“The pellet stove got damaged in shipping but of course that’s not Comfort belts fault. After replacing a couple panels and the fan the machine works perfectly. Very nice smooth operation and heats great.”

“Had to have the combustion fan replaced. The exhaust fan makes some noise at start up but with a little adjustment it quieted down. Really enjoy the weekly setting so the stove turns on before we get up in the morning, the house is warm when we get up. All in all I really nice stove”

“Hi,Been having problems with my new Comfort -Bilt hp22n 4 awhile, overheating & quitting since I bought it,your service Tech has been very helpful on prompts & parts 2 get stove running,but no avail, pellet stove still down, Don't know what 2 do now?Got the circuit board & room blower but doing same deal, maybe I give a no Star on the brand new Comfort -Bilt pellet stove?Thx,BMc”
