“Bought the stove and the room blower was bound up, not working. It was a weekend so I left a message. I was e-mailed back and another e-mail the next monday saying a new blower would be shipped out. Received it a few days later and installed it. Working perfectly now. Fast response and quality product. I was never asked to review the stove but it is a great product! The only complaint is the hopper door. Very difficult to add a bag of pellets. There is plenty of room to enlarge it. Engineers should be required to use what they design! Other than that very happy!”

“Very easy to install. My chimney has a heat box installed when the house was built. After receiving the stove, I wasn't sure if the flexpipe would fit through the flue correctly, but it worked out perfectly. I'm very pleased.”
