I would have preferred to speak to someone rather than txt as CHAT is not suitable for everyone. The insurance was sorted in a reasonable time.

Renewal a bit high, but came to within 30 pounds of price comparison websites so happy to stay.

I hate that one can't send email or call as u don't offer that facility very frustrating for me and elderly people no human touch

i hate these live chat sites much prefer to speak to somone in person especially when there is an issue which needs sorting and would be able to sort it out a lot quicker and less stress - JW5 was helpfull even when i kept telling him i did not like these sites

Vienna (VH3) was absolutely fantastic not only was she patient, totally understanding & thoroughly knowledgeable she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I was getting a quote for changing the car on the current platinum policy to another car whilst providing an alternative registration which was quite complicated as the current vehicle was still to be insured until the purchase date of the new vehicle. VH3 made the whole process straight forward and easy to understand. Well done Vienna your an absolute professional and credit to One call insurance.
