JW5 did the transaction, a little pushy on one product but generally ok. I appreciate there's probably an element of commission.

Very disappointed to have to leave one call to go to another company who was £150 cheaper and it was the same insurance company as l was with Ageas

I was hanging on on live chat for 1hrs being transferred to different departments just to cancel my car insurance

I feel upset I was not given the best price to change my vehicle on my existing policy before I threatened to leave. I was then told I had to pay a cancellation fee to leave. I still had 6 months to go. I probably won't return after this term is finished.

I don't like the chatbot situation on your insurance model. I struggled with it all along ( it is very impersonal and when one is in a crisis, which i was, it is so important to hear another human voice and have someone help you get through to the right person ), then at the very end when i did have a moan about it i was given a phone number. But this phone number should be visible on the website and in 'my account'.

Sg4 helped me today which was fine , I’m annoyed that I had to get in touch in the first place and that you cannot talk to anybody over the phone or email which would make the whole thing 100% easier , been driving for over 40 years with no claims but that doesn’t count when you want to get insurance outside of a work policy which is not great , easy eau to get more money out of people , you said be honest

Hi. Just had to cancel my policy due to selling my van. Had some trouble via the portal. However, when I spoke to Lucy LR1 via the live chat all was soon sorted. The live chat is a mega idea. A bit of human interaction always works better than ticking boxes.

Operator Daisy DN1 was very helpful. However, I really would not recommend One Call Insurance. Web site and chat systems are slow and clunky. Prices are not sufficient these days, you need a competitive offering which includes easy of access.

The insurance product itself was fine but actually contacting them was painful. I was also charged an exorbitant fee for cancellation of my policy after I sold my vehicle

Well it's been a right drama tbh... not the easiest online insurers I've used .. too many passwords to get on the portal. When I did..it wasn't straight forward but got there in the end...but when I did speak to a real person she was lovely

Interacted with GG1, and got my issue resolved (I think). They gave concise information, albeit a little impersonal (no introduction or sign-posting as to what the rep was doing during the live chat when not talking.)

EK4 helped me with my query re my policy cancellation. Very good, just unfortunate that your underwriters charge such high fees so that I have cancelled my policy

I'm happy that my renewal was changed from £424.47 to £317.64. However, I'm disappointed that a better price wasn't offered initially. Also I find that 18 documents in my portal related to my insurance is not acceptable and consideration should be given to making insurance much easier to understand.
