The chat person was lovely and dealt with my enquiries very well. However, it took nearly 50minutes to do something that should've taken 5. There was upto 6 minutes delay from the operator between each question. And then you have charged me £42:50 admin. Quite honestly I should provide you an invoice for my time, my hourly rate is £67.70

Don't add drivers after policy starts,cost arm and a leg. Be moving on next year

Impossible to talk to - it’s not even an option. Fine if you’re good a texting and typing (aka not old like me). SO expensive for new drivers and no black box option. I’m not feeling much love for One Call.

Getting a contact to cancel a policy was horrendous as I was past from post to post with a load of different phone numbers. Eventually I spoke to a very helpful man who said contact button on the portal was causing problems ( it wasn't working) & gave me the proper advice to get hold of an agent from the main web page. SR2 was very helpful and completed the cancelation in minutes.

I found EF1 emily very polite and efficient I am sorted and can sleep easy. I did however have difficulty getting a live chat and rang claims to get me a live link

When I receive a call I’ll then review this. OC3 didn’t respond to my first Online Chat but then did when I called a 2nd time but couldn’t really deal with my request so I have asked for a call that he said he would arrange 😊

Quickly resolved the issue I had, dissapointed that I have had to leave the company due to the massive inflation of my premium and couldn’t match another quote. Frustrating that I couldn’t just cancel straight away and have spent a lot of money after it automatically renewed. VH3 was very helpful though

KT1 was polite, efficient and helpful and reduced our quote to similar price to last year. Disappointed however that One Call’s renewal quote was initially a 40% rise on last year (despite no claim being made) which forced us to call and negotiate a reduction despite being a loyal customer and having moved to a smaller house.

The last lady I spoke with sorted all my problems out in one fell swoop,she was extremely professional and helpful,she deserves a promotion as she knew exactly what to do.
