This process is awfully slow & the date of birth thing is ridiculous I will talk to a person.

Been with them 3 plus years tried to change address and was charged a ridiculous amount to do this , tried to explain but treated like a robot . Once I got a nice operator they then offered to change my address for reduced cost but unfortunately too late . Cancelled and gone with another company .

I would much prefer to speak directly to a person, instead of a chat line! It would be much quicker and much nicer!! We are loosing the art of conversation!!!

It would be better if an action had to be taken to confirm auto-renewal: cancelling my auto-renewal after it had started was difficult and expensive. Got resolved the third time of asking by agent NK3.

The portal is rubbish I couldn't pay for my son to be put onto my insurance as it was an emergency. Your portal wouldn't accept my credit cards, yes plural. I had to use a debit card. You declined everything else. We were there for over an hour sorting this out.

Your agent who attended to my making contact today was very helpful. I think that to have talked on the phone would have been very much simpler and quicker all round. I seem to remember that when, in the past, a policy was cancelled then the outstanding proportion of its cost was returned, less a comparatively modest admin fee. Is this no longer the case in the industry? I'm sure the details were in the policy at the time of agreement and going ahead, but I wanted to make contact in optimism.

Just had a live chat with is1 who was very helpfull. The chat got ended for some unknown reason but is1 quickly contacted me again and we picked up where we abruptly left off. Great service and great price

Took 5 days to process the previous owners cancellation. Eventually after many chats I received an email with my documents. An hour later I got another email telling me my application had not been processed. A case of left and right hands not communicating. As I’ve got the documents I assume im covered. It would have been so much easier to talk to someone on the telephone.

Live chat with Jay C. Not sure I was my problem was understood. Policy SSD0963159 was arranged for a property I wanted to purchase. This deal has fallen through, so policy no longer required. Can this policy be transferred to my flat but as contents only or can it be cancelled.

I dealt with Tommy TT3 who arranged my new cover over the phone. He explained the details clearly and simply. Previous to this I must admit I struggled with the website. It is always must easier to actually speak to a person. Thanks TT3
