I dealt with Tommy TT3 who arranged my new cover over the phone. He explained the details clearly and simply. Previous to this I must admit I struggled with the website. It is always must easier to actually speak to a person. Thanks TT3

Not particularly happy with this online company Have had two direct debit amounts taken from my bank and was told that I would be transferred to the platinum team to discuss on of them - have had no response from said team and have cancelled direct debit as I was told it had lapsed but was still taken from my account - very confused and would like to talk to an actual human to rectify this

The on line chat can be confusing, annoying and stressful People line to talk to an agent Online chat is very un personable Very bad system Reinstate a proper customer service Due to the company using on line chat instead of a telephone contact I am reluctant to re insure my policy when up for renew One Call bring back telephone agents Customers like to speak to people not a robot

One call operator “LA4” was extremely helpful in renewing home contents insurance and saved me a significant amount of money, would definitely recommend, he provided 5* service, in a quick, efficient way, thank you LA4.

It is quite difficult for the older people to negotiate the wed site a phone number would be helpful for the ones who arnt tech savvy

Chat function difficult to find once connected took a long time for my online call to be responded to system is slow but once connected process ran pretty smoothly. It would be much easier if there was someone actually to talk to

The site is bad when all you need is to talk to someone but only managed to get someone by text not good but SF7 was amazing she sorted everything and changed my plan thanks SF7 x

OneCall is very good except for the Chat option!! It is a very poor substitute for a person to talk on the phone. Had to make several attempts to right the mistakes and confusion.

After 2 years with One Call, this year's quote was 30% higher than last. When I said I was going to cancel, they were able to reduce it by nearly £90. I should be being offered a decent deal at the outset: no way to keep customers. Thanks to LA4 for sorting it out, but next year they won't be given the opportunity to give a better quote. If it's too high, I'll be walking.

Far to hard to deal with.. The Portal would not work to change my van to a new vehicle only allowing change of insurance for the same day!!!!
