I’m not fully happy with one call at the moment but Nk3 who I spoke to regarding an enquiry dealt with me very well she was polite and answered all my questions professionally

Very mixed experience with agents on chat. Some are very helpful, others not so. Keep trying untilyou get someone helpful.

Do not like not being able to speak to someone personally as it makes it much easier I gave wasted so much time this morning that would have been much less if I was able to speak to someone

Can be quite hard communicating via chat instead of phone call however they are mostly understanding

Unbelievable… having to use chat system which means a simple 5 min call to change a vehicle took 40mins as the first chat got cut off so had to go through the procedure again… Even after ticking box that I didn’t want to be offered extras I was.. Not sure why you are called one call as it ain’t that simple….

Good service from KT1, unfortunately the price was disappointing. My policy renewed a few days before I moved to a near identical property less than 150 metres from the old one and yet my policy more than doubled. In hindsight I should have let the old policy lapse.

Chat session kept timing out. I just wanted to speak with someone on the phone to make payment and I’m sure using your phone would have been quicker, but found it difficult to find a tell number.

Had chat with DJ2 and she was extremely patient and helpful. She provided me with information requested and helped me get a lower quote for my home insurance renewal.

Thank you for your help with my policy change Tara J. My rating also reflects my frustration with having to negotiate my way around my customer portal to find the chat option. Also as a customer I don’t agree with being expected to go through the physical process of making changes, equally being charged an administrative fee because an agent was doing their job!

Disappointed with the customer service received. Speaking via online chat and the response was very slow. I had to ask if they were still there at least three times whilst Speaking to them to sort out a cancellation. And no apologies either for their delayed response. So I am very disappointed.

WAS TRYING TO AMEND DOCUMENT DETAILS ONLINE HOWEVER EVERY TIME I GOT TO PAYMENTS IT WAS DECLINED EVEN THOUGH ALL DETAILS WERE CORRECT, HOWEVER, WHEN I GOT TO CHAT TO LAURA R (LR1) IT WENT THROUGH FIRST TIME

Agent sorted out cancellation for via online chat. Disapointed that I had to pay a cancellation charge which I was not aware of when I took out policy.

Unfortunately it is tricky to get additional Information online and I would prefer a live phone call Also although the agent was helpful On the chat , our chat got abruptly disconnected which is very frustrating
