The Automated system needs a review as it did not allow me to input my new address. After on chat with an advisor the call was abruptly terminated, I didn't know if my details were updated..... To receiving an email stating that my insurance policy was to be cancelled! I contacted you straight away, only to be charged £62 for the privilege as I couldn't enter the details or manually override an antiquated drop down for my address! Not happy!

The website is difficult to navigate and it is almost impossible to find a way to communicate with someone if you have a question. Its annoying you can’t speak to some one unless it’s under the specific headings

I do not like it at all that I cannot speak on the phone to an advisor anymore. I have just spent about one hour changing my vehicle on your chat line. And I am not happy that it has cost myself £133.43 extra. I will not be renewing my policy again with you next year.

I nfind it difficult to navigate smoothly through the Portal to get where I want. What I realy want is a telephone number and someone to talk to! I do not like "live chat".

Whilst the online agent LB5 was most helpful, I am disappointed that my original request to have documents posted to me was not recorded even though I was assured they would be. Being a senior citizen, I like to have these to look at not to have to use a mobile or go online. I will wait to see if this second request is actioned.

I’ve been with one call insurance for years auto renewal then I decided to contact you as renewal was £520. Agen got it down to around £480 ish. I decided to look online and found go compare who offered like for like £150. How???????? I purchased it of course it’s £330 lower. !!!!!!!

Customer Service agent Kirstin kb2 was very helpful and helped me resolve a policy update query (which the website would not do). Would prefer to speak to an actual person though, hence have knocked a mark off.

No problem with the on line chat today per se. I didn't have long to wait and got done what I needed to. Giving it 3 stars as I hate not being able to pick up the phone and just speak directly to someone. If there was a number I could call, I would much prefer it, as would countless other customers.

It was ok but I’m not sure why you can’t do it with a phone call. The cancellation fees are a rip off and don’t take into account why people pay in a monthly plan. If you sold the car your insurance policy should just stop at the end of the month.

lu2 took a while before appearing on the chat. Provided the information I require although did send me responses to another enquiry that lu2 was working on while working on mine which caused some confusion. Ultimately resolved my query successfully.

served by LJ2 agent. Happy with final renewal cost. But the shady practice of inflating the automatic renewal by £50, so I then shop around for a cheaper quote elsewhere, found one £80 lower, to then be offered a far lower price when I go to cancel, just leaves me with lost time. Just send an honest renewal quote in the first place and stop wasting our time. LJ2 agent was helpful at least.
