“My policy hasn't started yet. I have been asked for a review. This is a review of the buying process. It was ok, the payment section I had to attempt 5 times. I wanted to ask a question on the live chat, while I was typing the customer service rep ended the chat. So not a great experience. I have previously had ByMiles insurance cover and it has been great it's unfortunately no longer giving renewal quotes as Aviva have bought them. So hopefully this company is as good. Definitely the best and most fair way of paying for car insurance.”

“JC8. I called in today (09/02/26) to cancel the car insurance I took out only yesterday with One Call. My call was taken by Joshua Cox who offered me a better deal which changed my mind. JC8 also made it easy for me to forward my No Points Bonus proof in forwarding his email address as i was having problem downloading it on the portal. JC8 was very efficient, helpful, friendly and patient. ☺️. Thank you.”
