“My renewal with One call came back a little higher than those on comparison sites and I thought the building cover was a little lower than it should be. I telephoned One call and spoke with EL3 who completed a requote for me to include all that I wanted and found me a policy that matched what I had been looking at with another company.”

“Used the online chat with agent SK3 to query my car insurance. The wait for the chat to start was relatively quick with a countdown showing my place in the queue. When connected the agent answered my query very quickly and provided clarification of the payment schedule. This was done without having to provide policy details etc., unlike other companies. All in all, short wait for the agent, excellent service answering my query with minimal input from me. I wish other companies were as efficient as this one.”
