“Had a very helpful live chat today with VH3 (Vienna) interested in buying a car over the weekend but found that the phone number of customer services says closed over the weekend, went on live chat and was told that they will do the change over for me, this made me feel so much better as was thinking that we would not get the car as quickly as we wanted. “I contacted the customer service team about a Home insurance renewal and with the help of the wonderful NP3 was able to get my quote reduced to a much more favourable price. While it was still slightly higher than quotes i had received on comparison sites i wanted to stay with One Call as i have been with them for a number of years now and have always had good dealings with the customer service team in the past when i needed them, and NP3 helped to reinforce that feeling of being a valued customer”
