Second year with this One call and can't fault them. I got a good price for the renewal and took out the three year deal. I dealt with William (WG1) who was very helpful and would recommend him & One call.

I went on the live chat to see if I could get a better renewal price. The customer service advisor Megan - ML2 was super efficient and very quick and helpful in getting me sorted with a competitive and very reasonable quote. No hassle and all done and dusted in less that 5 minutes.

Was contacted today by a very helpful young lady to review changes I made to my car insurance policy last week . After looking at my breakdown cover I was able to upgrade to a policy more suited to my needs. Good to speak to someone who spoke English and was very helpful and patient . She asked me to quote her reference number MS9. Very happy with her service

I advised the tracking device was causing problems as per the car dealership advice. Your agent advised the only option was for me to cancel my policy and take out a new policy which wasn't pay as you drive. I requested a price for the new policy and how much to swap over. The agent closed the chat with no price for the new policy and a non understandable cancellation fee of old policy. I also gave my email address so I could receive a copy of the chat but have received nothing

ML2 was extremely helpful and courteous when helping us with a change over of policies when we experienced a bereavement in our family - sometimes when dealing with online chats, it can be as frustrating as dealing with grief itself, but not with Megan, if only all online chats could be like this!
