“Rang to discuss a query regarding my breakdown cover. I spoke with Vienna, VH3, who was absolutely brilliant. She was very professional, very patient and very friendly. As I get older I feel I have to confirm more & more details. Vienna was lovely, she certainly had the seldom used “no question is a silly question if you don’t know the answer” facility. If more companies had customer service like this, then life would be much easier for those of us who, perhaps, need a little clarification. Thank you”
