“Delicious, succulent fish. Unfortunately all 6 fillets were frozen into one lump, so I couldn't thaw them individually. Better packaging required!”

“These bath chaps took me back to my childhood. Roasted in a hot oven they develop a lovely crisp skin, and the flavour is divine. Really "piggy". I think they'll be a regular order for me. I was disappointed by the weight however, as they are advertised as being 700 grams weight, serving 4 to 8. I ordered 3 and they weighed 410, 520, +590. Big shortfall. A real treat though.”

“The half chicken I ordered was very good , -much better than 'organic' from supermarket , - however the Barnsley lamb chops were ok but a little too robust (tough !) for my liking -would have been fine slow cooked but I assumed they would be fine simply grilled & this wasn't the case . Good service , polite & helpful staff.”

“Cannot comment on the mini Pork Loin as it is still in the freezer. However as it was our first order I will comment generally. The meat we have eaten was very tender - and I know the perceived wisdom is fat makes the meat tastier - but we do not like a lot of fat whichi there was on the chops and noisettes - and come to think of it on the mini pork loin too.”

“The delivery, ordering process and packaging was spot on However the meat itself was very tough, it may have been my oven I don't know but it was inedible sadly as it looked a good cut”

“Love the quality and easibility of making bone broth from these carcasses. There is a good remount of meat on them which you could roast (this also helps to get rich flavour before you cook your bone broth). My only disappointment is the price point, they are much pricier than other organic sites and you have to pay delivery on top.”

“Fantastic product although expensive compared to Britannia Beef dripping which is priced at 80p/500g. Happy to pay more for the guarantee that the product is from grass fed stock and the fat is not hydrogenated, but still a bit on the pricey side. It would be good to sell in 1Kg pots at a lower price.”

“This would have got 5 stars as the broth was lovely. But the first packet I thawed had a hole in it so I lost 80% of the broth. I emailed the company and no one got back to me. As it's a minimum order of just over £23 incl delivery it's not a cheap product. So I would have expected a reply. The pictures below show how little broth I had left.”

“First, I like the usual wool insulation used in the packaging. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but I'm sure I'll think of some way of reusing it. Now, with regards to the Organic Beef Bone Broth. It has a pleasant taste. I found I needed to add just a pinch of extra salt, and enjoyed the broth more with a slice of bread. My only criticism is that the broth is too watery. I was expecting, and would prefer, something more substancial of a thicker consistency. Consequently, I feel that the broth could be better value for money. That said, I shall probably purchase this item again.”

“The turkey was delivered on time and packaged well. The flavour and size was also good. My only disappointment was the turkey not being ready for cooking as advertised due to poor plucking. I had to spend 45 minutes plucking with tweezers at which point I ran out of time and had to get the bird in the oven. I had to advise my guests not to eat the skin. I have ordered Kelly Bronze turkeys in the past and had to do a bit of final plucking but this was excessive.”

“Good morning, My first order arrived last week, next day delivery. Well packaged ( I think my partner had a word with George about finding a method of reducing/recycling the ice packs). Apparently you are working on this? So far we have had the lambs liver and a a beef joint. Both very good My only disappointment was that there was no fat put around the beef. However I browned it on the hob in olive oil, butter and black pepper; roasted it on a bed of celery onion and carrot and it was gooooorgeous.”
