“Do not use these people! I bought a Fanola Rebalance shampoo, the bottom of the bottle clearly states P. 05/18 and E. 05/21.....and its now 11/22 OUT OF DATE BY OVER A YEAR. I contacted CN and they asked for a photo, which I sent. They're now telling me its not an Expiry date....no other explanation just 'its not an expiry date" what is it then? Do you think we customers are stupid? That was the first time I have used this site and it will be the last. I will now contact Fanola direct and ask them what P and E means and let them know how bad "Cosmetics Now is. BAD BAD BAD customer service”

“Here again, I still haven't received my parcel it's going to be about a month now. Worst shipping ever. They seem to be careless regarding the queries and still couldn't find any solution. I'm so done with this supplier. Never.....”

“I made an order on 19th OCT, and they never ship it out. I asked their support for 3 times, and they said it was due to a staff problem. LOL. So they can not ship lipstick out for 7 days. Then I asked for a refund. Now after 3 days, the order is still pending. LOL. NO SHIPMENT, NO REFUND, JUST SCAM”

“EXPENSIVE than the other suppliers and what really sucks is thier DELIVERY CRITERIA perhaps to make fool of customers. I haven't got my parcel even though I've paid too much for the standard delivery not delived yet and it's the worst online store I've ever come across. Don't think I'm gonna place any order again or recommend to any.”

“The shipping is quite fast. However, I bought the sunscreen in August 2022, and u gave me a product that will be expired in April 2023. Not even a full year… I am not satisfied about it.”

“I placed an order back on the 24.4.2022 and still waiting for the delivery. Every time I contact the company i get the same message " we have talked to the delivery people and you will have it by the end of the week" still waiting. The tracking no. just keeps coming up with "no information available" Have asked for a refund now for the good paid for but not received. I will never be using this company again. I wonder if they will keep my money or actually return it to the rightful owner.”
