This is Hilarious- Anyone can review on her and I'd imagine all the 5 stars are the company themselves . I'm at the beginning of an IVA and have no confidence as I have spoken to 8! Different people none of which knew what my situation is as no one left any notes.... I' m gonna head to citizens advise .

My IVA was sold from DSC to CreditFix in December of last year. They climbed over themselves to call me and tell me the fees were increasing from 15% to 23%. I have never received such poor customer service anywhere before. Firstly I called them to handover 50% of my annual bonus, that took 2 days to organise. I then completed their online expenditure review in April and I've had to chase in June now for a report. This has taken about 6 phone calls, and all I've received is a work of fiction around the amount of money I've paid into my scheme. I also have no knowledge of the disbursements that have been paid to my creditors. All in all, I have received nothing for the 23% that CreditFix are milking from this scheme. Phone call are never returned, the service is dire.

Good afternoon Trevor. Im sorry to hear of the issues you have had. In regards to the fee increase this is taken from the creditors reduced debt repayment scheme in the IVA. In regards to the online annual income and expendidure review, i do apologise for the delay on the response from the review and that has been looked into. For the dividends being paid to the creditors if you phone us on our customer service number we can supply you with the dividends that have been paid to date. Our number is 0800 0431 431 Regards Alistair - CreditFix

My husband went through process of an iva to then be told it was not approved. You then continued to call my husband, why we have no idea? My husband told you that everything is to be cancelled because it was not approved anyway and what do you do..take money from his account which has now left us short for other bills. I don't suppose he will be able to get hold of you regarding this, or get his money back because noone answers the phone when we need to get in contact.

Do not start anything with this company. I have been paying them regularly every month £150 and they haven't paid a penny to my creditors. They 've lied to me that my car can be included in I'VE and now my car has been 're possessed. Most of my creditors are chasing me for payments through debt collectors. I'm in a worst position then I've been before signing with CreditFix. And as well CreditFix are ignoring all of my communications with them. I have now filed an official complaint with Obudsman and Trading Standards. STAY AWAY FROM CREDITFIX!!!

Good afternoon . It is arranged in the agreement with the creditors and creditfix that generally dividends are needed to build up till about month 6 - 12 dependent on the contributions paid into the arrangement for the dividends to then start being transferred to the creditors. If you are receiving any issues from the creditors in regards to this please to get in contact with us on 0800 0431 431 or send over a copy of the letters to our customer service email address customerservice@creditfix.co.uk. Worst customer service ever! They messed up my plan and now won't reply to emails but are quite happy to keep sending me emails in capitals. My plan with them should have come to an end in January so the standing order stopped because they didn't amend it as they had extended my plan because I received a tax rebate. Now I owe them the balance of my tax rebate. However I have asked questions which have gone unanswered and despite it saying on my account I am not contactable by phone during the day they insist on calling during the day. Not happy with this bunch of thieves and liars wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

Good Morning Carron, I am very sorry to hear this. I have been trying to contact you & I have also emailed you, however, I have not been able to reach you. Could you please advise when you will be free to discuss this? Kind Regards, Lucy - Creditfix.

I find this company very unhelpful. First I rang them a few times to keep telling them the money hasn't been being taken from my bank account and they tell me it has been and then a few months later they ring me telling me it hasn't been being taken it had been being taken from someone else's bank account and going off ours not there's. Then I had 2 debts added to the iva which were from 12 years ago and also fraudulent and they won't remove them even though it's been reported to action fraud and it was reported the 12 years ago that it happened. I got told it was going to be removed and then they asked for proof which I dont have as it was so long ago and they still haven't got back to me

Very poor explanations and never get back to you as promised. I have been calling and emailing for over a month and I have had nothing but failed promises if call back and emails. I get a different answer every time I phone them with the same query and after being given false information regarding trying to exit my trust deed by offer of a settlement, I was advised incorrectly. After going through and providing them with everything the asked for, I was told that I could not pay the trust deed off and that I would have to pay the full balance+interest and their fees. I then asked for the figure for all of this and that was 2 weeks ago!!! Complete farce, I sent emails to customer services and all I get is a blunt reply. Completely unprofessional.

I investigated to possibility of an IVA and then confirmed I did not want to go ahead with it well in time for the hearing on the 30th. Since this time I have had letters from my credit card providers stating they have frozen my account. It took me sometime to put this right but I have as I do not have any missed payments and I have credit which I need. Especially as, although I received an email cobfirminf my case was ceased, I get an email today telling me £85 has been taken from my account for my 'arrangement'. This will give me hardship and an immense amount of stress far more than experience prior to contacting Credit-fix!

Good Morning Teresa, I am sorry to hear you felt the IVA was not the best option for you. Unfortunately, we must inform Creditors when you request a meeting to be held, this is why they have frozen the account. Due to the cancellation being processed for you, we would have been able to get these accounts unfrozen for you. I can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and that a payment has been taken in error. I can contact you regarding having this refunded if you would like? Kind Regards, Lucy - Creditfix

My experience with credit fix has been absouloutley disgusting. they tell lie after lie after lie. I had an arrangement with them for five years and had to pay £102 per month. was told that my creditors would not contact me but they have done for past two years since being in the arrangement. good job they did in away the balances have not gone done in the whole two years some of my creditors had not received any money at all. what were creditfix done with the money I paid in???? in total have paid over £1400. then I got into some financial difficulty and was unable to pay the monthly amount. they said they would get the arrangement extended. I contacted them numerous times to discuss my situation and often never got a reply . then I was getting letters saying they were going to cancel my arrangement and that all money iv paid so far would be lost and would go into fees for themselves. how is that fair? they said they had not heard from me which was a lie I have still got the 3 emails on my laptop that was sent to them and never got a reply. also had rang up numerous times to discuss my situation as at one stage I had no money coming into the household due to unforseen circumstances they knew this and said they would help but didn't . PLEASE avoid this company at all cost. THEY ARE LIARS

Very poor communication, ive paid my iva of £70 for the last 18 months now but my car has broke so have asked for permission to finance, this has taken a week, we are currently paying £650 car hire, i had £777 spare before this, they have now told me if i dont double my iva they wont approve, blackmail springs to mind, as after £260 finance £78 insurance and £30 car tax and £30 aa cover this leaves me with just over £90 a week spare for unexpected events such as tyres school trips birthdays christmas!!i feel very annoyed and as if im being blackmailed
