Rude on the phone and ignore countless emails. All very stressful since IVA was took over from Knightsbridge, feel like I'm being pestered again or extorted. Just want the IVA to run its course.

Firstly I receive a text message, which I discarded as I receive many from various credit recovery services. Then I received a letter saying that Knightsbridge are no longer looking after my IVA, which only has a year to run. When I contacted your customer services, I did not feel as though the agent had a clue what he was doing and eventually I was passed over to an other department, only to be told that I owe £5774.50 in arrears ! I have never been told of this, sent letters or asked to pay this amount, because I don't owe it. And that I would have to pay whatever you say I owe and that the IVA will stay in place until. Repay every penny! Three years ago was I diagnosed with prostrate cancer and had surgery, I have had some payment breaks they amount to 12 months payments. I had previously asked Knightbridge to contact my creditors and ask that my original date for the end of my IVA be allowed Then this morning I receive an e mail saying that my IVA chairperson advises me my IVA has been deneighed and that I face bankruptcy or money management payments this was dates Jan 2013 ! I was not with you then and indeed did not know of your existence. I was told this was sent in error this is just a circus I have been made to feel extreamly vonerable and upset. I was also told that I would have to produce letters confirming that I have cancer, these I supplied to Knightsbridge along with all my sick notes, really is this how you treat sick people ? I've been made to feel very depressed, upset, concerned and I'm now very worried about this situation? My experience seems to be mirrored by others too. I want this mess sorting out please

I had my IVA with Knightsbridge I have 12 payments left & now this move over. To say I’m concerned is an understatement I had no correspondence from creditfix informing me of this change over. I called them after the texts I was receiving I thought it was just sales. They explained everything to me but the woman I spoke to talked over all I had to ask then at the end of the conversation prominently asked me if I was a home owner as at the end of the IVA this would be taken into consideration. This was explained to knightsbridge 4 years ago !!! To say I’m not happy with this is an understatement & I’m now very concerned about my house. Up to now I’m not filling out any correspondence from them I’m not impressed with The way this swop over has been handled it isn’t as though we don’t pay for their services to help us. !!! Not impressed .........

This review is from the children of a deceased credit fix customer, his initial £44,000 debt only had 18months to run , he'd had 2 or 3 PPI payments which reduced his payments from £340 to £77 , unfortunately my father died with 18 payments to make, there has been a mixed response to his death from credit fix, 3 of 5 people that we have spoken to would allow the debt to die with my father, however the other vultures are insisting that regardless of what s been paid in the past we are now liable for not just the £44,000 but an extra £13,000 in interest, please people if you do nothing else with your life at least read this review and learn from it , credit fix do the right thing and allow this debt to rest with my father Gary, chatham

they're money grabbers, i informed them taht as a single parent i couldn't afford £87 a month whilst i'm on benefits with the likelyhood that i wouldn't be returning to work and they still badgered me for the money every month, no compassion all they want is the money

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear you feel the service is not up to standards, In regards to the monthly contributions, we need to review your income and expenses on behalf of the creditors if there is a change of circumstances. This is because we need to show evidence to the creditors why the client can not afford the original dividend that has been proposed. Untill we have this processed we can not decrease the monthly contributions or supply a payment break. If you do have any other issues please do get in contact with us on our number: 08000431431 or on our live chat: https://www.creditfix.co.uk/ Kind Regards Alistair - CreditFix

Creditfix were very helpful while I could make payments but when I injured my back 3 years into the plan with a perfect payment record and was only in receipt of £99 pw they were asking for £160 pm and told me if i miss 3 payments it would be cancelled as i did not know if or when i would work again. When I started with this company I was told my payments would rise or lower with my income sadly this is not the correct information. So i would definitely not recommend this company unless you are guaranteed to have an income to keep your payments up for the whole term. Terry Ponsford

Good morning Terry, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, in regards to your payment plan we can lower the payments for the monthly contributions to a certain level but after this certain level (%15) we would have to come to a variation meeting with the creditors for them to vote wither to accept this decrease or decline, generally creditors will accept but they would require a further extension on the arrangement depending on the amount of the decrease. We always try advise to only do this if necessary due to the possible extensions. If you do have any further questions please do not hesitate to phone us on: 0800 0431431 Kind Regards Alistair - Creditfix

POOR communication. 4 years in and now back to sleepness nights thanks to qualifying for a second charge mortgage. So in the end we end up with a loan so you can get your money, back to owing the same money we started with! Do not bother with them, I'm now back in a dark hole

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that you feel that communication has not been satisfactory. In regards to the second charge mortgage, this would only be accepted if it is seen that the clients equity on their property is over a certain level. This only occurs if the clients at equity 85% LTV. If you do have any other questions please do no hesitate to phone us on: 08000431431. Kind Regards Alistair - Creditfix

Once the IVA was rejected, Creditfix appeared to have no further interest in the matter. Failed to reply to numerous emails from myself, as well as failing to reply to requests from my creditors that contributed toward my IVA being rejected. Have acted unprofessionally and unsatisfactory.

If i could rate 0 i would very bad experience with creditfix and they keep all your money and they dont tell clients before the arrangement is in place that creditors will not get a peent for 12 months and all the money paid in would go to their fees first before sending monies to the creditos avoid at all costs it has coat us £1000 before i saw them for what they are money grabbing theives promises that they dont live up to refused on number of occasions to help and even after i told them that i was not happy with the arrangement they still took my payments every month

Staff reading from a script, not able to pass onto someone more superior. Then refused to pass my concerns over to a manager. Very rude staff and unhelpful. Too concerned with getting their own payments than helping you out. Avoid them!

They charge you for their service. Go to Stepchange debt charity. They do the same thing but don't leech of your already dire personal financial situation.

Our Iva was taken over by credit fix from Mitchell Farrar not our choice. My Iva statement tells me I should have been contacted in Feb 2017 by them about our account . Nothing ..no contact so I contacted them last month June 2017 ( we had been looked over ) thank god I checked my paper work or maybe they would never have contacted me !!!!!!!! Now on month 59 out of 60.Just called them to to be told my case work is far to busy to take my called give it 24 hours for a call back. This is people's life's we have paid our dues month in and month out continually without fail or default.Whatever the outcome should be important enough to to give us an update on our case. Not feeling this Creditfix

This is Hilarious- Anyone can review on her and I'd imagine all the 5 stars are the company themselves . I'm at the beginning of an IVA and have no confidence as I have spoken to 8! Different people none of which knew what my situation is as no one left any notes.... I' m gonna head to citizens advise .

My IVA was sold from DSC to CreditFix in December of last year. They climbed over themselves to call me and tell me the fees were increasing from 15% to 23%. I have never received such poor customer service anywhere before. Firstly I called them to handover 50% of my annual bonus, that took 2 days to organise. I then completed their online expenditure review in April and I've had to chase in June now for a report. This has taken about 6 phone calls, and all I've received is a work of fiction around the amount of money I've paid into my scheme. I also have no knowledge of the disbursements that have been paid to my creditors. All in all, I have received nothing for the 23% that CreditFix are milking from this scheme. Phone call are never returned, the service is dire.

Good afternoon Trevor. Im sorry to hear of the issues you have had. In regards to the fee increase this is taken from the creditors reduced debt repayment scheme in the IVA. In regards to the online annual income and expendidure review, i do apologise for the delay on the response from the review and that has been looked into. For the dividends being paid to the creditors if you phone us on our customer service number we can supply you with the dividends that have been paid to date.
