My experience with credit fix has been absouloutley disgusting. they tell lie after lie after lie. I had an arrangement with them for five years and had to pay £102 per month. was told that my creditors would not contact me but they have done for past two years since being in the arrangement. good job they did in away the balances have not gone done in the whole two years some of my creditors had not received any money at all. what were creditfix done with the money I paid in???? in total have paid over £1400. then I got into some financial difficulty and was unable to pay the monthly amount. they said they would get the arrangement extended. I contacted them numerous times to discuss my situation and often never got a reply . then I was getting letters saying they were going to cancel my arrangement and that all money iv paid so far would be lost and would go into fees for themselves. how is that fair? they said they had not heard from me which was a lie I have still got the 3 emails on my laptop that was sent to them and never got a reply. also had rang up numerous times to discuss my situation as at one stage I had no money coming into the household due to unforseen circumstances they knew this and said they would help but didn't . PLEASE avoid this company at all cost. THEY ARE LIARS

creditfix lie from the start originally was going to be over 5 years then they made it six. was told I needed to release equity from the house or extend for another two years making eight in total. speak to customer services they cant find original proposal (suits them). I could have re-mortgaged at the start made agreements with creditors and been debt free by now any one with debt problems try citizen advice for best free guidance

Very poor communication, ive paid my iva of £70 for the last 18 months now but my car has broke so have asked for permission to finance, this has taken a week, we are currently paying £650 car hire, i had £777 spare before this, they have now told me if i dont double my iva they wont approve, blackmail springs to mind, as after £260 finance £78 insurance and £30 car tax and £30 aa cover this leaves me with just over £90 a week spare for unexpected events such as tyres school trips birthdays christmas!!i feel very annoyed and as if im being blackmailed

Be wary of this company, within three days 2 payments have left my bank account, that £424 which as a consequence has left me overdrawn and with no money to live on. I have been promised a refund but still awaiting after 8 days and when l contact credit fix feel l am just being fobbed off. Do not trust this company.

after being wrongly advised on an Iva and having a personal officer dealing with my case encouraging me to lie about my income to get the Iva accepted (all documented) I was harassed into signing the proposal which after several phone calls and talking with a manager about the situation was cancelled. Or so I thought . They sent out a letter saying a meeting with my creditors was scheduled for next week but after speaking to one of my credit cards today , they have already been in touch with them telling them of a proposal and my credit card company has now shut my account and sold my debt to another dca !! They are working to reverse this but it's already probably too late. None of the Iva was accepted and was cancelled within 5 days . The whole process was invalid due to deceit by the personal officer involved. I have contacted the financial ombudsman and they cannot help as creditfix haven't been registered since 2015 . I'm having to complain through the independent insolvency practioners to resolve this I am currently 8 months pregnant and this is disgusting behaviour. This company preys on the vulnerable. I will be persuing a solicitor and court action against this company and will sue them for harassment and complete illegitimate conduct.

After saying they will cancel my Iva application turns out they have already told my creditors and one of my card accounts has been shut down and debt been sold on !!!! Even though the meeting is not scheduled until next week . Financial ombudsman cannot help as they haven't been registered since 2015 so currently complaining to the independent insolvency practioners. I am 8 months pregnant and will Persue court action as this was mid sold in the first place with the personal officer on my case getting me to lie about my income. I have it all documented. Stay away !!

After cancelling my Iva proposal 5 days after signing and creditfix agreeing to this as it was mid sold to me in the first place and asking to lie about my income by my personal adviser ( have got it all documented still on text ) turns out they have already contacted my creditors to let them know even before the scheduled meeting next week befure it's even been agreed and now one of my cards have sold my debt off and now shut my account !!!!!!!! Now I'm in debt with another debt collection agency even though I haven't missed any payments with this card company . They are doing everything they can to reverse this but it may be too late . I'm currently reporting them to the independent insolvency practioners as finincial ombudsman cannot help as this company has not been registered since 2015. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and will be Persuing court involvement for the stress it's causing being mislead into signing something completely invalid because I was told to lie . Stay away !!!!!!

This has been going on from October and was advised that after 5 weeks of signing the declaration etc, to cancel Direct Debits to my creditors. I have email and written to Creditfix as telephone is not so easy with little children around me I cant concentrate. No replies, not even an automated email reply. I am at present getting default charges added to my accounts for creditors and getting extremely upset and stressed about the whole thing, really wish I hadn't bothered, seemed like a good idea at the time. Here is the email I received from them. The deal they brokered me was that I must apply for all possibly benefits and hand 75% of it to the creditors This must be illegal Also the if I pay 100£/month for 5years (6000)-2400£ goes to the creditors and 3600 to this lot "Hi there This is the modifications attached by your creditors “The Debtor is to seek all available benefits and provide evidence to the Supervisor within 16 weeks of the Arrangement being approved. 75% of any funds received as a result of a successful application must be introduced into the Arrangement for the benefit of Creditors. Failure to comply with this will constitute a breach of the Arrangement”. Thanks" Stay away
