Horrible customer service from agent Gioia. She just lost the company out on a big sale, was going to spend 5-600€ but will go elsewhere.

Hermes carelessly left my parcel on my front door without being authorised to do that. The parcel got Stolen- surprise surprise. Driver did let me know that he will deliver after he actually did so no chance to re schedule. Hermes responded to my email apologising and letting me know the next steps- cult beauty to re send the parcel and claim refund from them. BUT after aprox 10 emails and reaching out on all available platforms there is NO response from Cult beauty customer service…. Really sad as I liked ordering from them in the past. UPDATE,, I am sorry that you did not receive part of your order. Unfortunately I cannot issue a replacement as there is not shipment/tracking number. I am more than happy to offer a £5 credit of Goodwill. ‘’ IS THIS A JOKE? I have provided the tracking nr btw. They have changed the website recently so I have 2 order numbers now- mess

ordered a bottle of kilian perfume £157.25 should have been £185 but I had a promotion code smell doesn’t last longer than 2 minutes my friends lasts all day she purchased from different store got to be fake

First order with them was great. Even during the pandemic, I received the items earlier than expected. Second order experience is going horribly, first the order’s tracking didn’t get updated for nearly two weeks which is concerning. Then when I contacted them they first told me everything was fine, then I was told there is a ten business day delay. Then a few days later while keeping an eye on the tracking information it seems that within the span of a couple of days the package arrived in my country, had cleared customs, and I was notified of its arrival and pickup location. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AND I DONT KNOW WHY IT WASNT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AND WHERE THIS PICKUP LOCATION IS. Since then I have contacted the supposed courier including emailing and calling abroad and emailing cult beauty. I have also called all the courier companies operating in my country and they can’t match the tracking info with ANY OF THEIR PACKAGES. So I don’t know where my package is, who was actually notified, and what they did not only with my personal contact information that I gave them but also the money I paid them for the order. Furthermore, I looked into the reviews of their international shipping a lot of their global customers who used their free shipping option have similar issues to mine so I don’t know why they insist on using this dismal courier. 😡😡😡😡 awful experience I thought when I used their free shipping option over the paid one I would just have to wait a little longer, NOT THAT I WOULDNT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER, WHERE IT IS, AND FINALLY WHO THIS SUPPOSED COURIER ACTUALLY NOTIFIED.

I ordered an expensive LED mask from Cult beauty, they charged tax at the check out- according to their tax and duty policy page, it will be paid on behalf of me to NZ custom ( I am based in NZ). However, the tax was not stated on their documents, NZ custom sent me an invoice through courier company, charred that tax portion again. The amendment on that will incur a charge of $80 NZD, I emailed them numerous times, only one customer service person replied and asked me to wait while they are contacting their courier company. I waited for 10 days, and my over 1.5k GBP item stuck at the custom for eternity. So I asked for refund of the tax portion. Since I didn’t hear anything back for another 4 days from Cult Beauty, I just had to pay for the same tax again to NZ custom. Still in the process of asking the refund for the tax charged by CULT beauty which they claim is for NZ government( which was not paid nor stated on the importing documents). I have since sent them the invoice from NZ custom & the receipt that showing me paid it. Previous experience was okay with the site, but if this doesn’t get sorted out, I will never purchase again and spread this expensive lesson among people I know and on the Facebook. Fingers crossed!

The company sent me an empty box. Apparently this has happened to others before. They claim the weight of the box was correct but all I got was an empty box. No reimbursement or compensation offered. Absolutely untrustworthy.

Avoid these products are fake Paid £135 for Killian aftershave which my husband has wore for years only the one from Cult Beauty barely smells and packaging is diff

What happened to Cult Beauty's customer service this year? Did you employ new people? If so, I highly recommend looking into them, as they're costing your company business - unless you don't need it? The arrogance; refusal to accept responsibility for errors! My latest order was cancelled by Rocio, with no follow up email explaining the reason... I had to email them to find out why. My order was cancelled because I already ordered the maximum amount of this products 8 days (1 week and 1 day) ago - that's why Rocio unjustly cancelled my order. Meanwhile another customer care consultant (Wonu) told me "we allow customers to order this maximum amount no more than once a week." So which one is it, does it depend on what your mood is like for the day? Last I checked 8 days = a week ago, for anyone who can do simple math and read a calendar. There's evidently some cluelessness happening amongst these consultants.

I am incredibly disappointed. I am visiting the Netherlands and ordered a gift for my friend, and I let them ship it to my sister in the Netherlands as I was not sure it would make it in time for my departure. I was tracking the package when I noticed that it had been stuck in the distribution centre for six days, which seemed odd to me. I often order from the UK to Germany and never had this happened. I was not so much bothered with the later delivery as I had planned this in, but when I sent Cult Beauty an email, they brushed it off as "normal", "they had seen it before", and "everything was fine". They also mentioned that my order was still within the delivery timeframe (5-15 business days). It would be great if they can update their website information, as it is stated that their standard delivery is between 2-8 business days https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/help-centre/shipping-and-returns End of story: Monday I checked again, and it stated that my package was delivered...well, no one received anything. I sent them an email to inform them, and I told them that no one had received anything, that we asked the neighbours, checked the mailbox (there was no slip from the transport company that we were not home and it was delivered somewhere else). I also mentioned that now time was becoming an issue, and it would be great if they could help out before I had to go back to Germany. They responded that I needed to confirm pretty much everything that I had mentioned already in my first email. I have to print everything out and sign with a pen - I am visiting, have no access to a printer, will leave soon - and paid for a gift that I probably will not be able to hand over personally. Which really sucks. I would recommend Cult Beauty to get their customer service right. If you or your transport company fails to deliver something, and honestly: I did give a heads up that there was something off already, your client should not be the one running the extra mile. It should be you. No, I don't want my money back, no I will not order anything ever again from them, and yes, I would discourage anyone to spend money here. Find a business that values you as a customer and spend your money there.

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I’ve had, I made a purchase for various inky list products on here to be shipped to Cyprus. Tracking says it’s arrived in Cyprus for more than a week, I have no idea where the package is, I have no idea who to call for the package, cult beauty themselves don’t even know who to contact for the package, this is a very unscrupulous company, how can you not have contact details for the courier you work with, my package has just disappeared with no assurance that I will even get it. This company should be shut down.

Amazing customer service, i ordered 2 beauty blender items to get beauty blender cover for free, but it was out of stock so they let me choose another gift with higher value♡ I am completele and beyond satisfied and cant believe how fast and professional they were! Oh and also, the package to Lithuania arrived in like 5 days which is crazy fast...

So frustrating and don't bother wasting hours in your life buying from this company. Every time I tried to make a purchase i received an email saying it could not process the order, i tried with my details and then my husbands! I spoke to the team and they weren't able to help. Will not recommend shopping from this site!

I have twice ordered products from Cult and on BOTH occasions Hermes returned my parcel to them (!?) I dont understand how this happens as I am at home 100% of the time (shielding/Covid). The problem is with Hermes - so why not change delivery company???? Cult Customer service was friendly enough but I cannot accept this sh***y delivery palaver...won’t buy from them anymore. Space NK is generally more expensive but they're the only reliable beauty company in my opinion...

I was working in there and workers its treated like slave. 12 hours shift money small.Menagerie its very bad, treat people like dogs or worse every morning screaming on us what we did wrong. One day u working next u not.
