Avoid these products are fake Paid £135 for Killian aftershave which my husband has wore for years only the one from Cult Beauty barely smells and packaging is diff

What happened to Cult Beauty's customer service this year? Did you employ new people? If so, I highly recommend looking into them, as they're costing your company business - unless you don't need it? The arrogance; refusal to accept responsibility for errors! My latest order was cancelled by Rocio, with no follow up email explaining the reason... I had to email them to find out why. My order was cancelled because I already ordered the maximum amount of this products 8 days (1 week and 1 day) ago - that's why Rocio unjustly cancelled my order. Meanwhile another customer care consultant (Wonu) told me "we allow customers to order this maximum amount no more than once a week." So which one is it, does it depend on what your mood is like for the day? Last I checked 8 days = a week ago, for anyone who can do simple math and read a calendar. There's evidently some cluelessness happening amongst these consultants.

I am incredibly disappointed. I am visiting the Netherlands and ordered a gift for my friend, and I let them ship it to my sister in the Netherlands as I was not sure it would make it in time for my departure. I was tracking the package when I noticed that it had been stuck in the distribution centre for six days, which seemed odd to me. I often order from the UK to Germany and never had this happened. I was not so much bothered with the later delivery as I had planned this in, but when I sent Cult Beauty an email, they brushed it off as "normal", "they had seen it before", and "everything was fine". They also mentioned that my order was still within the delivery timeframe (5-15 business days). It would be great if they can update their website information, as it is stated that their standard delivery is between 2-8 business days https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/help-centre/shipping-and-returns End of story: Monday I checked again, and it stated that my package was delivered...well, no one received anything. I sent them an email to inform them, and I told them that no one had received anything, that we asked the neighbours, checked the mailbox (there was no slip from the transport company that we were not home and it was delivered somewhere else). I also mentioned that now time was becoming an issue, and it would be great if they could help out before I had to go back to Germany. They responded that I needed to confirm pretty much everything that I had mentioned already in my first email. I have to print everything out and sign with a pen - I am visiting, have no access to a printer, will leave soon - and paid for a gift that I probably will not be able to hand over personally. Which really sucks. I would recommend Cult Beauty to get their customer service right. If you or your transport company fails to deliver something, and honestly: I did give a heads up that there was something off already, your client should not be the one running the extra mile. It should be you. No, I don't want my money back, no I will not order anything ever again from them, and yes, I would discourage anyone to spend money here. Find a business that values you as a customer and spend your money there.

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I’ve had, I made a purchase for various inky list products on here to be shipped to Cyprus. Tracking says it’s arrived in Cyprus for more than a week, I have no idea where the package is, I have no idea who to call for the package, cult beauty themselves don’t even know who to contact for the package, this is a very unscrupulous company, how can you not have contact details for the courier you work with, my package has just disappeared with no assurance that I will even get it. This company should be shut down.

Amazing customer service, i ordered 2 beauty blender items to get beauty blender cover for free, but it was out of stock so they let me choose another gift with higher value♡ I am completele and beyond satisfied and cant believe how fast and professional they were! Oh and also, the package to Lithuania arrived in like 5 days which is crazy fast...

So frustrating and don't bother wasting hours in your life buying from this company. Every time I tried to make a purchase i received an email saying it could not process the order, i tried with my details and then my husbands! I spoke to the team and they weren't able to help. Will not recommend shopping from this site!

I have twice ordered products from Cult and on BOTH occasions Hermes returned my parcel to them (!?) I dont understand how this happens as I am at home 100% of the time (shielding/Covid). The problem is with Hermes - so why not change delivery company???? Cult Customer service was friendly enough but I cannot accept this sh***y delivery palaver...won’t buy from them anymore. Space NK is generally more expensive but they're the only reliable beauty company in my opinion...

I was working in there and workers its treated like slave. 12 hours shift money small.Menagerie its very bad, treat people like dogs or worse every morning screaming on us what we did wrong. One day u working next u not.

They sent me an EMPTY box and their customer service is nonexistent. They do not take any calls, and take hours to reply to emails. They offered no explanation or compensation, saying that they pack things 'carefully'. SO HOW DID NO ITEMS ARRIVE??? They were just overall awful to talk to. Probably the worst and most disrespectful customer service experience ever.

This was my first order .I have ordered a month ago . I wasn't able to locate or track my parcel.after multiple mails to their CS team i finally got reply stating that my order was returned by shipment service and asked if I like to reship it . How come they return without any updates or tracking location .there is no reason stating why they did it . I don't know if i m ever gonna receive my product .so disappointing !!!!!

Worse customer serves and online shop I ever used!!! On my first try, I ordered a hairdryer used 1 time and didn't like it at all. So I asked if any chance to return it. also, I do believe it wasn't new as packaged didn't look like I saw in our ghd shop. So seems like someone Returned and they just sold it again :) but my fault I didn't do a picture or video when I opened it, so couldn't prove it was used. I would understand if they just say no, you can't return your order. But I received a replay: you are welcome to return any unwanted item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method. Please be advised you will not receive a refund if you don't return the FREE GIFT The Luxe Beauty Gift DEC20 ad once the Hairdryer is returned you will no longer reach the threshold for this goody bag. So I have tried to call them as emails no replay, but phone off it’s a voice message please contact email :) But on emails they never replay. As it’s like you are chatting with a robot. Best wishes, Sophia When I made my order, it’s said 2-3 working days delivery :) Today 23 February:) I made an order early morning 12 February:) and even I texted in my email What track location didn’t change since 14, I still have a robot replay :) Sad I couldn’t give zero stars. As this shop deserve minus 2000000 stars. First for sale used products, second, they don’t care about Customers, lie about a delivery, never replay emails, you can’t even call them!!! Terrible shop, terrible costumers service, if you want to waste your money don’t make you feel down try cult beauty! my advice avoid this shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If your order does not arrive, they just refuse to deal with it. I ordered over 100€ in products over a month ago. When it didn't arrive i contacted them. They have lied to me and told me they cannot return the money because the carrier has not gotten back to them - except I have contacted the carrier several times and they have all the info updated. If they use crappy carriers why is the client to blame? and why lie to me over and over? And after they just stop getting back to you. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Ordered a mini pallette with regular delivery for 21 Euro including the delivery.as soon as the pakege arrived to Canada the HDL express delivery asked me to pay extra 26.5 CAN for fees and duties which is 83% of the pakege worth. The tax here is 13%. I refuse to pay that extra fee and cult beauty refused to return my money.

Have been trying to contact them to be able to return an item that came without a hygiene seal. No one's replying to my emails and messages or picking up the phone. Absolutely dreadful customer service

Would actually be no stars ordered on 9th December, heard nothing, emailed twice no reply, the number of the website is a mobile number! No business voicemail! Had fraudsters written all over it!

Ordered gifts for Christmas, 3 weeks later, items never came. Despite carrier saying they were delivered. Certainly not delivered to me. Items sold out after that so could not even reorder.. Very disappointed..
