“Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed an order with est. delivery date being 17 Feb 2022 - 22 Feb 2022, which was also the reason that I chose to purchase from them rather than any other local platforms. But shipping status hasn't been updated since 20/02/22. It is 11/03/22 , 30 days from when I placed the order. I will never shop from this platform again.”

“Worst customer service ever. Wrong paperwork filled out for DHL so my package has sat a US Customs. Bad packaging so Ive received broken bottles. Items missing in other deliveries. I just found out they were sold to a huge company last August. So sad. They company has completely gone down hill.”

“I ordered from Cult Beauty and my parcel have arrived in time and in good condition. My order came from UK to Sweden, i got notifications regarding the progress of my order. I was also in contact with the customer service via chat and they have answers my questions and inquiries swiftly. Everything went well for me, I do wonder why other people have problems with receiving their orders. I do recommend buying from Cult Beauty.”

“Just don’t bother. It’s not worth the hassle. I have NEVER experienced customer service or anything like it and I have been buying things online for a long time. I have used this company on several occasions and some experiences were ok but to be honest it’s more hassle than it’s worth. They use a terrible courier service that have just been awful and I would go so far as to say I felt like I was accused of steeling the last time around. A month on and still have no answers, products or refunds… nothing but sassy attitudes and accusations. They got me to sign a legal form to say I haven’t received the products which I paid for and still NOTHING. Meanwhile a Lady out in another part of the city has got my parcel and the only reason I know is because someone has HANDWRITTEN my phone number on the front of the parcel (data protection which I normally wouldn’t care about was DEFINITELY forgotten about). I can’t collect it however because there is an ongoing “investigation” going on. Moral of the story: JUST DON’T BOTHER. Far better online Beauty services.”

“they didnt write the right address the order wasnt deliverd after almost 20 days and they dont want to refund me . worst experience ever. dont buy with them its a bluff ,its not a luxury shopping experience but a nightmare !”

“I waited 53days for my order. The "die expected delivery date" they give you, is so far from the truth. I planned my Christmas gifts according to their delivery dates, which should have been 16 December. Only received it 18 January. No help from Cult as to where the parcels are, and definitely no help from FedEx Cross border. I love the products, but I cannot understand why we have to wait that long. Poor service I think.”

“Parcel did not arrive, stuck at customs for last 7 weeks and absolutely no information from cult beauty or courier. Told to contact myself. Customs state that the courier should have been in touch. Initially Cult Beaty offered return to sender and refund then retracted this and said I had to sort it out myself. Very poor support. If shipping to Australia safer to use Mecca”

“Looks like I am having similar issue to all customers who are reviewing Cult Beauty. I used to order from them regularly and it was great. Last two orders were undelivered, tracking details provided were not working ( I suspect these orders were never sent actually). Received a refund for the first one, awaiting second refund. I found it hard to believe they actually send these orders were sent out. This used to be a good place to buy from but now it is appalling.”

“I paid €18 for express delivery (1-2 days). I received an email saying the due to glitch my order wasn’t processed properly so it didn’t ship until day 5 which was too late for Christmas. I emailed to get a refund for the €18 but the customer service is abysmal. Horrific company to deal with - avoid at all costs.”

“Terrible service. International shipping is horrendous. I have a package that's been "in transit" for 23 days now and all their customer service tells you is to be patient. Ridiculous! Shipping prices have increased but you're basically paying to receive nothing. They also charge UK tax for International purchases which I'm pretty sure should not be allowed.”

“Missing order with Hermes, replacement package was sent out 7 days later, minus 2 items (I was not told it would be minus 2 when sent). I asked (via delayed messages...there's no customer service phone number) when my other 2 items would be sent. Was told within 48 hours. Two weeks, and about 20 useless messages later, I just want Cult Beauty out of my life now. Will never use them again, and I was a regular customer. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS OF THEM.”

“I had my first order delivered today, it was within estimated shipping date and I live in Europe. Nothing was missing and everything was in the condition it should be. I was so horrified reading the reviews after I ordered. I've basically seen negative reviews for about nearly every online beauty shop, so I believe the ratings are so low because people who usually leave a review are the frustrated ones and not the happy ones. I'm far than lucky in general so I don't believe I was lucky with hundreds of orders I've made all these years from sites with very low ratings like cult beauty.”

“Gutted my dismal service. These people are like total robbers and I can't understand how they get away with it? You just go round and round in circles with their non existent customer service who promise to get back and never ever do. Ordered advent calendar (over £200) 3rd November, had a right week of it with Hermes saying they couldnt access the Geo Fence, then had tried but I wasn't home (they hadn't I was home all day and anyway I had left instructions for it to be left in the porch) and then finally on 11th November at 8.49pm it said they would deliver that day and at exactly the same time 8.49pm it said it was delivered and the same thing happened to someone else in my village with the same item from the same Company. Cult insisted that I fill in a form sent by PDF not word so was difficult to get that sorted. They said Hermes insisted on it before investigating. It is now 7th December, I have no present, no refund and everytime I contact them they promise they will look into it and don't hear anything back until next time I contact them. No contact phone number for them. Please do not waste your money as I have done.... or your time. Never been treated like this by any company before in my life.”
