“This is a terrible product. I got a free trial bottle and it didnt help my skin one bit, if anything, it made it worse. After, I decided to cancel my monthly shipments, therefore, I would not have to pay. Just now, I got a text saying my order has shipped, when I cancelled it a month ago. I cancelled my transaction again, to make sure I would not be charged. I hope that's all it takes.”

“Curology literally gave me a rash all over my face. I tried to contact the dermatologist I was given but she said to just keep using it and that it would get better. I had already been using it for a month and my skin was 10 times worse than it was when I started. My skin is insanely irritated, itchy, and very VERY red. I don't know if it was just my skin because everyone is different, but I have never had worse skin than I do after using Curology.”

“Their products are great but their Customer Service is some of the worst Ive ever experienced. Because of this, I have to give a low rating. Unless you make a scene on social media, they won't respond. When they do respond to you on social media, they ask you for your information as if they were going to do something with it. Still waiting for my refund.”

“Everything!! I paid a month ago and a month later I still don’t have the product. Take your business else where because we all work hard for our money and to throw it to a company that doesnt care or give us the customer service that we deserve isn’t worth it”

“I used to love this service, and the medicine was very effective. However, they switched my health care provider on me and didn’t give any sort of email notification at all. I didn’t find out until much later when I needed to actually log into the account. I think this was incredibly unprofessional and unethical.”

“I was on curology for close to a year and didn’t see significant results. After going to a traditional dermatologist, I learned that the doses on my medication (both the topical treatment and spironolactone) were too low for me to rsee improvements. Which makes sense since, again, i didn’t see improvements and I’d been diligent with my medications for close to a year. I was paired with Laura Garrison, and while very nice and professional,I didn’t get the vibe that she could really get me the adequate help for my skin. She also seldom reached out and I don’t know if that was to be expected (I also take into consideration the volume of patients she may have) but idk a nice check in note from her even if automated to all her patients would have been nice. Bottom line: No, I wouldn’t not recommend. For the amount of money I paid, I could’ve went to a traditional dermatologist from the beginning and fared out better. Which, once I found one, I did fare better.”
