I brought two apple watches on next day delivery. Two days later, one watch arrived - still missing the other one. I called them, and they then said it was out of stock and would never return (It was released 1 month before I ordered it). I called again and they promised they would resend it next day - 3 weeks later it arrived. It was a birthday present and due to it arriving late, I went out and purchased one with the hope of returning the unopened one.. Even this was a huge hassle despite being advised to do this by the 'KnowHow' team. They also promised me some compensation to sweeten the bad feelings - this never happened of course.

We had ordered a new washing machine including collection of old machine and installation. The Know How team doing the delivery removed the old washing machine and in the process emptied residual water onto the carpet in the lounge. The Know How team were extremely belligerent and refused to pay any form of compensation saying it was our fault! Since having such a bad experience with Currys I have used AO and have been very happy with the service.

Awful customer service. I did not receive my product on time, and was not told how long my product would take (even though I selected next day delivery). Despite the fact my product was going to a store for me to pick up, I was refused a refund until the product arrived at the store. Some staff on the phone and in store were very unhelpful, patronising and generally rude. It is not worth the headache for a slightly cheaper product! This is also not the first time I have had issues with Currys and I am certainly not going to use them again.

Got a fridge freezer, paid extra for removal of old fridge freezer. They arrived, refused to take old fridge freezer. Said it should be "outside, defrosted and dry". I bought in store and no one had mentioed this. They just refused to take it. I asked what am I paying for? If I could get it outside myself, why would I pay extra? And you can pay extra for installation....but they said it has to stand for 12 hours. Wouldn't even take it out of the box. So WHAT THE HELL DO YOU PAY FOR? Some bone idle, arrogant man to stand in my kitchen and belittle me before he refuses to do his job. When you buy a fridge freezer from Currys, you should expect to lose ALL of your food and prepare yourself for the most unhelpful delivery you've ever experienced. Go to AO.com. They are MUCH more helpful.

Bought an item of display and was told there was no box but all was in box was the instructions which I could get from intranet. I bought the item but when I read the info on line realised a container was missing. I contacted currys 4 times by email and tried on many occasions to ring but never got through to speak to anyone. Eventually I received a reply and was told bought as seen, we will not help. I have now got a container from Phillips who did say it was up to currys to replace it great customer service Phillips worse customer service CURRYS

Should have checked the reviews first Should have checked the reviews first, said over 20 years ago that i would never use them again, purchased a tv on the 28th Dec 2017, same price as John Lewis, called to register for guarantee to find that currys give 1 year and John Lewis 5 years for same price, spoke to Currys not interested, claim this is not a price match, still sheisters then, nothings changed, will NEVER deal with them again. Think i will put this in the small claims court, and contact the ombudsman. Worst company on earth

One month ago we ordered on line and paid for a washing machine with installation and removal of old machine. New machine arrived on arranged date, the outlet pipe had suffered damage and leaked on connection driver suggested a repair, we said we wanted a new undamaged machine, driver said we would hear from them, no contact was made. Managed to contact customer services after 50 mins wait on phone said we would hear from them. No contact was made. Sent an email reply said we would hear within 5 days no contact was made. Called into store spoke to a person not a machine reordered Washing Machine given a deliverey date. Deliverey date came and went no Washing Machine and yes no contact was made. After Christmas Holidays called into Curry's and asked for an explanation for what was going on. It seems that the deliverey driver was able to pick and choose his drops and chose to leave our machine undelivered.!!!! Curry's customer's services you need some people power to prevent customers like us asking for a refund and taking our custom to A O.Com

I’m a very disappointed currys customer. On 19th November Black Friday week my husband and I purchased a fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher for our new house. Happy with the offers and deals we were excited for the delivery of these. On Friday 22nd December we received the three items. The fridge freezer was too big to come through the door so the delivery guys removed the box and brought it in the kitchen. After they left I noticed scratches on the front door ). I rang immediately to state the damage and that I was not happy with the product. At this point I also realised that I had not even been asked to sign anything to state the delivery of these items were made, they just left it in the kitchen and were gone. On the phone after 45min wait I was told nothing could be done now and that I should call tomorrow, I refused and asked to speak to the manager. They then arranged for an exchange which was meant to be today. We have not moved into the house yet so when I received the text to say delivery will be made 6.55am - 10.55am I made sure I was there by 6.30am , I was hoping to go to work in the afternoon. At noon, I rang as no delivery was made and I was told due to the bad weather it’s delayed but will still arrive today. I asked if they could call me before they arrive just in case I needed to go for lunch or whatever and they said that’s fine and that I’d get a call 30 mins prior to delivery. It was 3.30 pm and I rang again to find out an approximate time, only to get told that the driver had come but no one opened the door. I’ve been in the house since 6.30am, I have a door bell which wasn’t rung. My father in law was also in the house but we did not hear anything. Despite all of that, what happened to calling 30mins before anyway? There was a car in the drive way surely if you already had my number you should’ve called me to double check if I was in or not?! I was told nothing can be done now it’ll have to be tomorrow, at this point I’m obviously losing my patience because not only had I now taken a whole day off work, but I hadn’t even gone to eat because I didn’t want to miss the delivery. Another delivery date is arranged for tomorrow. That’ll be my 3rd holiday used up from work. Obviously I’m very disappointed and wanted to raise this with customer service so I called around 5pm and I am told that because I purchased the item in store I’d need to go to the store and they give me a goodwill gesture. I made my way to the store at 7.30pm spoke to Dominic store manager at Leicester Fosse Park branch. He was equally unhelpful as he said there was nothing he could do and that I should speak to customer service on the phone which by this point were closed. As you can see I’ve been very unlucky with the service provided and I’m just really disappointed that there’s no sympathy or care for the customer and the time I’ve had to waste for this. I asked for a refund because I’m just fed up now but unfortunately again for me, the old fridge still needs to be collected and apparently there are no weekend availability which I refuse to believe. So 3 days off work and all the pain and hassle later, I’m still without a fridge or any decent service or compensation. I will be calling the customer service first thing tomorrow morning to try for the final time. I sure won’t be using currys again if nothing comes out of this. I’ve lost too much of my valuable time and the stress to push me around from store to phones has been appalling.

Appalling customer service. Paid to have washing machine fitted but turned up with no hose and did not level machine. Spent several hours ‘on hold’ trying to get somewhere with the hopeless organisation.

Unbelievably bad service. Three failed deliveries. My wife spent a total of 2.5hours on the phone trying to sort it out. They failed to deliver but didn't even let us know. In spite of us telling them they needed to send a small truck twice, they always sent a 7.5 ton truck. Communications in this company must be poor. Don't use them if you live in the country. The third attempted delivery, just prior to xmas the driver of the truck asked me to meet him 3miles away and guide him to our house. 1/2 a mile from the house, he stopped, and I reversed to find out why. He refused to go any further, claiming the road was too narrow ( we had been following a bus-its a bus route so plenty of room). The options he gave me were for him to return our long awaited freezer (last freezer broke, xmas dinner and all our frozen food distributed around friends and family) or they would put it in the back of my Astra 1.4 estate. Well, I decided to go with the Astra. The two of them put it in the back, but wouldn't leave the van to help me unload. Not even one of them. This was a big 1.8m freezer. Took an hour , my son and wife to get it in house. Frustrating experience, mean hearted and very unprofessional. Curries and Team KnowHow your communications are hopeless.

Went to their Stafford store to buy a washing machine and a fridge freezer yesterday. The lad on the shop floor, Steve, was really helpful but then had to refer me to someone in their ‘Know How’ section. The guy with the weird hair treats customers with contempt and does everything he can to get them out the door as quickly as possible. He is not interested providing a service or apparently achieving sales targets for his employers. Do Currys not realise there is still competition out there and customer service is important? I’ve now bought both items through Tesco Direct and service has been great. Currys, your loss!

my tablet was broken, so I wanted to return it to the store in DURHAM where it was purchased. Unfortunately, the genius - CURRYS technician said that the tablet is damaged and will not accept it for repair, even though it was on the standard warranty. He said I can fix it at the third party repair shop. I sent the ACER tablet to THE ACER service, after a few days they sent me a repaired tablet with a new motherboard. Thanks to CURRYS idiots I know now that I will never buy there. They will end up like COMET. I recommend ACER - great service.

Ordered a kettle 3 weeks before Christmas - waited a week past its expected delivery date to contact them & they informed me that the kettle was out of stock, had no e-mailed me to inform me of this and told me my refund would take 3-5 working days (past Christmas) to arrive in my bank. Not to mention I waited an hour on hold. Shocking service. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN.

ATROCIOUS LACK OF SERVICE FROM CURRIES PCWORLD £120 PAID FOR A PRINTER AND A BOX OF HINGES SUPPLIED ! On 1st December 2017 I ordered a Brother printer from Curries Pc World online as my local branch (Park Gate, Southampton) was out of stock. The next day I collected a box, only to discover on getting home that it contained steel hinges!! On my instant return to the store I found the staff were completely unhelpful. They had no hotline and when I eventually managed to track the manager, had a further 45min wait before their customer service team answered his telephone call! Apparently at the DPD office in Birmingham, two labels had been applied to the wrong box, while my printer had disappeared! I was told however that I could not have a refund despite returing the box I had been given, and I would have to wait for up to 14 days while they tried to trace the missing printer, so I had a £ 120 debit to my account for nothing apart from hassle, not any apology from anyone and a downright refusal to return my money. Over the next 2 weeks I sent several emails and spent an additional 2 hours waiting for anyone to answer my calls. I still have received no refund after 19 days. My £120 has effectively been stolen ! I will have to take legal action to try and recover it. In future, Amazon will be my first choice and I will never order from Curries PC World again!

I was buying a gaming chair for my grandson for Christmas. He told me that they were reduced for Black Friday from £199.95 to £139.95. I don’t usually bother with Black Friday deals, but thought this was a great offer. I bought it and assembled it to make sure it was all there, and put it away until Christmas. A few days later my grandson told me that it was now reduced to £89.95! I was so annoyed and emailed Currys who replied a week later with the excuse that it had acted within the government law. I rang Currys yesterday but this was unsatisfactory as they just suggested returning it for a full refund but as I had assembled it I didn’t want to do this. Then if I couldn’t get another one I would not have a gift for my grandson. It seems to me that the price of £199.95 was grossly incorrect to then make it look a good deal for Black Friday! As a pensioner £50 to me is a lot of money, and I could have bought him an extra present. How can something that was allegedly that expensive then be reduced by £110.00!!!! I feel cheated by a company that I have dealt with for years. It will be a long time before I use them again.

Too much to mention but please trust me do not buy any white goods from curryspcworld online if there is a fault the returns procedure is a nightmare. I spent three weeks without an oven before they collected the faulty one, after first sending an engineer out too verify the fault. The oven was faulty from delivery. They have had the oven returned now for a week and i am still not refunded. Phoning customer services is another nightmare waiting for ever for them too answer. Please shop else were.
