They don’t even deserve one star, zero star fits them better. They have the worst customer service. We are without washing machine for three weeks and when they came to replace it, we were told that they cannot get the old machine out and they left. After them we managed to take the machine out easily but they did not bother . When they called to beg them to come again they did not give us any slots and left us without the washing machine for one more week. They are very disrespectful and to be honest they don’t care about the customers satisfaction. We will not purchase anything from them anymore, we have learnt our lesson. Please don’t trust them

I would give 0 stars if I could! I rang Curry's customer services to enquire why the BA/Avios points I accumulated through an on-line purchase has suddenly been removed 6 weeks later, even though I had not returned the product. Firstly it took 22 minutes to get through, then I was told I had got through to the wrong department as I had mistaken a vacum cleaner as a large item not a small item (in my opinion, it is larger than small items like a camera which is what I was told was a small item). So I then got put on hold again, and eventually needed to hang up after a further 18 minutes. When I rang again later, I again had to go on hold for over 20 minutes. When I eventually got through it was very clear from the outset that the person I was speaking too (who would only only tell me their first name which was apparently 'Mohamed') did not have a clue what I was going on about, and denied several times that Curries awarded points through the BA/Avios scheme despite me explaining several times about the portal, the message I get saying my visit has been tracked etc. Not only did he not have a clue, but as the conversation progressed it became clear the he couldn't give two hoots about my complaint, simply making comments such as "what do you want me to do?" and "not my problem". When I pointed out how rude and dismissive he was being, and cited some of the other bad reviews regarding Currys customer service on trust pilot he response was simply "I don't care about star ratings on websites"! As such, after over two hours on the phone I am no further forward. So I'm writing this review, despite 'Mohamed' not caring, to warn others about the shockingly bad way Currys customer service treat their customers. I certainly will not be buying anything from them in the future!

Do not buy from this company , ordered a laptop 14th November , arrived faulty , incorrect instructions on how to return , local store did want to know as purchased online , said they had sent replacement , they have now lost this "unknown location" . customer services shambolic. Over a month later no laptop but they still have my noney !! Not sure if they are totally incompetent or just give lie after lie , I suspect it is both . And before someone from Currys reponds to this with their standard message me your deatils & we will help - you have them multiple emails , official complaint numbers , recorded calls etc etc etc . Yet nothing happens - not good enough . Buyers be warned ...

I ordered an early Christmas present from Currys on the 28th of November, confirmation of order was imminent with the expected delivery of 5 working days by the 5th of December confirmed as per the website. Waited on the 5th of December for the delivery. It never showed. As it was a Black Friday deal, I thought it maybe a little late. So on the 6th in the evening I popped into Currys showed them my emails of confirmation and asked if they knew anything as I haven’t even had a dispatched email. They told me as it’s coming direct from the supplier, I would need to contact them but are closed now until Monday morning. I called remmington Monday and they were confused on why Currys told me to contact them as it is illegal under GDPR for them to give remmington my details. The order is with Currys. Calling Currys after that call after being in a queue for over half hour, they informed me they will email and I will expect correspondence within 24 hours. 48 hours later (exactly a week after the expected delivery) I chase them again; where I was told exactly the same thing. By now the item has sold out EVERYWHERE including on the direct supplier website Still no communication from Currys AT ALL. The only emails I have are the confirmation order and the one to say they are preparing item for delivery. Thursday the 12th December 10 working days after the order was placed. The delivery time is now on more than double the expected delivery. I call again another 30 mins in the queue where I’m told I should expect a dispatch email in 48 hours time bringing that to Saturday the 14th December.... I’m writing this review on the 16th of December still with NO COMMUNICATION from Currys at all. Nothing to tell me it may delayed. Sorry we are out of stock. Nothing. I’ve been told that there’s stock allocated to me after I stressed that it’s out of stock on the Currys website and on Remington, but I was assured I have stock. Christmas post stops in 5 working days. The time it takes for an expected delivery and I’m still being told to wait. I’m sorry Currys. This is disgusting. Your website states you’ll communicate if there’s any delay. I have had to call numerous times and I’m still no further than I was on the 28tj November except I’m not able to give as an early present. And out of pocket. Livid isn’t the word.

Disgraceful customer service. Bought belling oven from curry’s, faulty from start and curry refused to replace or refund. 4 belling engineers later and four months, a new door and new hinges because they were bent when fitted . Now it’s stopped working. Disgusting customer service, I’m never buying from Curry’s again.

Devious selling Currys are displaying Macbook Air laptops in the shops with the latest operating system Catalina installed. They actually then sell customers the laptop with the old out of date Mojave OS installed. They are selling old stock ad new. It’s shady practice.

Absolutely terrible. I would give 0 star if I could. Avoid at all costs. I cannot believe a company so big and established could be so incompetent and useless. I've had so many issues with them including waiting, on 2 consecutive occasions, for an item for over a month and no one thought to inform me that they were out of stock. Then they miscalculated my refund and now my delivery was delayed so like a fool I waited for them all day only to be rang 30 minutes outside of the delivery time to say it had left the depot late in the morning so there was a delay. AND WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED OF THAT IN THE MORNING? I will never buy from them again and as far as I am concerned they should be closed down.

I bought a hob from curries and it will be the last time I buy anything from them .the item arrived and the packaging was dirty and wet I opened it and the hob was damaged. The driver refused to take it back and told me to ring customer service which I did. I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours vin total but got nowhere. To cut a long sorry story short I eventually negotiated a 50 pounds refund that was on the 24th ok November which to date I am still waiting for! It is now the 10th December. This is only part of the sorry story steer clear of this shambollic company.

Disgraceful way to treat a pensioner. My Mother paid cover on her TV for 8 year and when it broke down they took it away for a week and then sent a replacement which was also faulty, she had to wait 1 month for the faulty replacement to be repaired, sat in all day on the saturday as they said it was going to be delivered but it did not show up. They eventually delivered it today without the stand, remote control or power socket, after several calls and about 1 hour we got through to someone who said she would now have to wait for the remote and power socket to be posted and they would have to book someone in to deliver the stand. She is 78 and I went round to find her in tears and her blood pressure is raised now. Absolute disgrace and terrible service trying to speak to the correct department is a trial and when you eventually get through to someone they pass you on to another department.

What price promise?? Can’t even match their own price. Customer services had to be chased. Denying phone calls which were admitted in previous conversations. Waited until black Friday and cyber Monday offers had finished and then responded with generic e-mail. Complete mess from start to finish. Decided to cancel order as it was too stressful to get an answer from them. Would never buy anything from them again and have advised family and friends to stay away as well.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a HP laptop which overheated in a matter of 5 minutes whilst setting up the internet. When I returned it the man at the counter treated me like some sort of histerical idiot until he nearly burned his hand on the fan. Second computer I got had a broken pixel. Same big headed arrogant idiot changed it and this one has a faulty key. I'm keeping this one cause I can't bear to go back there.

Avoid at all costs - appalling experience. Will never shop with Currys again. Rude and aggressive driver, damaged the product in two places when delivering, as well as the floor and some furniture. Customer services unhelpful and rude. Wasted most of the day trying to sort this out and in the end decided to start again and reorder with a different company. Not worth the hassle.
