Excellent - very helpful and reasonable customer service staff when needing to return a product that hadn't met our needs.

Worst after sales service on earth have never encountered service so bad. we paid cash for a washing machine from Curry's and after 3 months the main bearings have gone upto now and still not repaired I have made q6 phone calls had 4 promises on repairs and had phone put down on me twice today we was booked in for a repair so my wife took a day off work costing us £86 as she had to wait for repair man BUTwe received a call the same morning saying that they cannot attend so now re scheduled again so I have to take a day off work costing me approx £80 so o. top of no repair at the moment it has also cost us £160 in taking 2 days off. We have contacted a solicitor and will be taking this matter FORWARD.WE WILL NEVER USE CURRYS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. YOU ARE A DISGRACE BOW YOUR HEADS IN SHAME. DO NOT USE CURRYS.. DO NOT USE CURRYS.. DO NOT USE CURRYS.. DO NOT USE CURRYS.

Ordered goods in November . Promised goods November, December and January. Just had email saying goods no longer available but they were paid for in November. Never ordered from curry’s before and will never again. Appalling service from the customer care team too.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered goods in November. Promised 3 different delivery dates and now had an email saying goods not available. Have never ordered from curry’s before and will never again. Would not recommend either.

Bought an LG OLED TV in Black Friday Why Wait price match offer. On the day of Black Friday saw that it had dropped another £100 - but later got an email saying there was no reduction, and therefore no price match refund - opened a dispute with their support team who have been chasing their tails for over a month now - very unimpressed...

Dealt with 3 different members of staff. 1st one I ask for assistance gave a foul look and said she would get somebody. 2nd person asked what is it you want. Told them the item and they disappeared was then shouted over to a desk to give name and told to go to pay desk. Girl on counter took name and address. Told me what I was due and then threw receipt over counter telling me that’s your receipt. Found you staff rude. No please or thank you. No eye contact. Think a bit of training would be helpful

Beko washer/dryer recommended at Currys December 2018. With hindsight, should have done my own research. However the machine was bought and installed. December 2019 appliance stopped working. Apparently no engineer available to look at it until January 8th. I appreciate Currys do not manufacture washing machines but they should realise that with so many bad reviews that Beko have, why recommend them? It can only lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Ive been a loyal customer, my loyalty going back many years . Today the way I was spoken too and informed by an employee that he has my debit card details finishing off the call saying 'haha' and hung up is not acceptable and worrying with the amount of fraud being commited. I called back and when I asked to speak to a manager or senior, i was told no one is available and when I asked for a call back from someone I was told managers do not call back and deal with complaints internally and do not give feed back to the customer . So sad how the service of this company has deteriorated over the years from call centre staff to engineers , not all but some of them . I will never renew another policy with them . All I was trying to tell them is they took a payment twice in error .

Currys sold me knowhow, a repair insurance for my fridge freezer. Payed in to it for 8years. When my appliance broke and was deemed unfixable I was told I would get a Voucher code to buy a new one, but customer care line are so poor And do not listen to what you are saying. Which makes you frustrated not aggressive. Then when you are being shouted out by there employees and you retaliate. Your contract gets cancelled because you are aggressive. No one will talk to you, no manager will contact you back. The employees still carry on being there lovely helpful selfs and you are left scratching Your head. Avoid buying knowhow they are not helpful and don’t want to pay out. Waste of money!

DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY FROM OF WARRANTY, CARE OR SUPPORT PLAN. I spent £1,000 on a laptop and an "anything happens, we'll fix it within a week" support plan to support my academic studies. The laptop was purchased at the start of summer and within a couple of weeks, the problems started; glitches, weird noises and crashes etc. I took it on for repairs just before returning to uni for the academic year and the problems were fixed, for about two weeks, before they all came back, and plenty more. Since then, my laptop has been varying levels of dysfunctional. Nothing will work consistently and at times, all I can do is power it on and off with the power button. When I am able to go without it, I take it back for repair. Such are the demands of my course that I can't during term time, I am forced to take whatever it gives me. During holidays, I am taking it back for repair on a fortnightly basis. It takes a week to get "repaired" and then a week for more problems to start again. I have followed a lot of things up, and claimed a refund (you're entitled to a CLAIM after your third repair, don't let this fool you, they will not sanction anything so this is as good as useless). Problems have been put down to "software problems". Software is apparently not covered under their warranty, so I supposedly have a "fully functioning" laptop which they will not address further. For a claim of "anything happens, we'll fix it within a week, and the third repair, you can get a refund", £1,000 and a year of headaches later, I could not be less satisfied. The lack of transparency of what is actually covered and what they offer verges on fraudulent misrepresentation.

Bought this laptop for my daughter's Christmas present. A day after On 26th, it stopped working. Took it to the retailer, I haven't heard from them till today. Ruined a perfect present. I expect an exchange for a laptop that is 3 days old, which just stopped working, obviously manufacturing fault

Save your money and don't purchase anything from these. When it goes wrong, they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Been without a kenwood fridge/ freezer for the entire festive period thanks to you and your terrible customer services. Myself and partner bought said item just over 2 years ago with a known manufacturing fault. We have paid ourselves for 4 different engineers to visit, and can't fix the problem. We don't have the receipt anymore but my partner (who's name it is in) rang and a currys employee, who found our details and were the ones who told us about the common fault on this product. Now you have left us this whole period without a fridge and after loads of emails, you are now saying you can't find us on your system. Talk about take people's money and running!!!!

Dishonest, their delivery drivers would lie that customer is not in and the customer havent responded to their calls, when the customer is actually having a glass of wine and waiting for these people to turn up. Its pointless taking a day off and waiting for your delivery from Currys and their "Team Do Not Know How" as most likely they wont turn up.. Better off going to John Lewis or someone else who are a bit more reputable. Still waiting for my Washing Machine , was supposed to be delivered today, called and rearranged for 2nd Jan as no one turned up today and now got a message that delivery is arranged for 9thJan. Utter incompetence! Clearly an example of how an organisation should not be run..Their founding fathers must be turning in their graves..

Essentially a drop-shipping company. There is no use in ordering online; if something is delivered and you're not in the office they return the items to their warehouse and credit your account, no second chances! The website "stock" amount does not correspond with what items they have available in the warehouse and it takes them a week to tell you they don't have the ordered items available. If you'd like any items on their website you're better off going in-store, however the prices are substantially higher there (having checked). All issued credit notes can only be used in-store meaning you are tied into spending more. Having ordered a laptop for delivery (and chased more than 5 times), then subsequently told the item is no longer available, I will not have the item necessary to run my business for the first month of the year. Avoid at all costs.
