Brilliant service. Perfect condition stock and on time. I only ever used AO.com once and they were useless with re-packaged stock. Currys or John Lewis every time for me now. Far more professional

I ordered an oven from Currys PC World online a year ago, delivery was cancelled on the day with zero notice, forcing me to have taken a day off work for no reason. Almost a year later I decided to give them a second chance and orderd a new camera from them for delivery next day. The camera never arrived. Fool me once, and all that, I can never use this company again and would encourage anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.

Dear Curry's,do you know exactly what your doing at all.You sent a dodgey fitter who incidentally didn't want to fit my new cooker and didn't citing various reasons,i got a gas fitter the next day and hey presto he installed it, and it took Curry's 2 weeks to refund my installation costs. On top of that you couldn't be bothered to answer my emails. You are one of the worst company's I have ever dealt with, and I will never purchase another item from you.

Steer clear of curry’s if ordering online, shambolic customer service!! Ordered drone online as it wasn’t available to collect from store, sort your selves out currys, small package and you don’t stock in store, product arrived damaged, retuned to store only to find that exchange wouldn’t be sent out until checked out at returns centre!! Really!! A week after arriving at returns centre and multiple calls to the customer service team I finally receive a full refund 2 weeks after returning product, absolutely appalling, will never use Curry’s again!!

Worst customer service ever. Lack courtesy and knowledge of stock items. Seem only interested in talking to young women. Will do all my shopping on Amazon from now on.

Was trying to purchase wireless headphones, ended up surrounded by 5 so called assistants, none of which claimed to be able to assist me. I was finally put to someone who was supposed to help me only to find her look on her tablet to tell us that the item we wanted was not on display, which we already knew. When we asked to look at the item which was in a locked cabinet, we were told that she could be sacked for letting us look at the item we were trying to purchase, hence we walked out!

Purchased a motherboard for £250. Chased them up after not hearing anything for 7 days. I was told someone would get back to me and no one did. After another week chased them up again to be told that they didn't have the item in stock. Complete waste of my time, inaccurate system particularly for a company selling computer products, rubbish customer services.

I ordered a washing machine online on boxing Day which I received o the 4/1/20 afternoon. I opened the washing the day after and the full kitchen floor was filled water from underneath the washing machine. The second problem was that when installed didn't get any water and was making sounds like there was some metal moving in the drum. Managed to speak with customer service after 24hr as they don't answer the phone, explained what happened and I was told that someone was going to collect the next working day. I waited all day and I called them again and they said that the previous colleague probably doesn't know the procedure correctly and I should expect an email for the collection day within 48hr of complaint. Called again and was told to call next day. That's what I have been doing for the last 10 days. I have even got a they they asked me to get from Beko which I have given to them. I have paid them and I don't even have a washing machine, looking after 2 kids and housebound mom, need to go to my brother and wash the clothes because Currys don't even care as long as they are keeping my money . Stay away from them, they deliver used and faulty items and then they don't even care as long as they have your money. I will take the legal route for that.

Tried to buy a pair of headphones at Currys New Malden. They refused to sell unless I gave address and full details for warrantee. Said I did not want but he insisted, saying it was a legal requirement!! Manager called who told till operator to type x's in but she started arguing with manager. Gave up and left them to it. These people are going to go out of business for certain.

I paid for a TV on Black Friday to be called 3 weeks later and told it was out of stock. I then waited another 2-3 weeks for a refund. There was no apologies just an offer for a cheaper TV replacement and no I don't mean a discounted one, just a TV with lower spec. I have now purchased from Amazon and will no longer shop at Currys as they kept my money for 6 weeks and I missed having the TV for Christmas Cheers Melvin

Yesterday, I bought a new tumble dryer for my wife at the Rhyl branch.. & whilst we were there, I decided to purchase a bit fit type watch as a late Xmas present for my wife, as she always wanted one. Today, after lots of attempts- it would not pair up with her Samsung phone, via Bluetooth. Therefore we taken it back today, so in the hope that a helpful member of staff could possibly see what the problem was. Instead, we were met by a member of staff, who's 'couldn't care less' attitude has put me off ever purchasing from any Curry's branch ever again. He did offer to try and help.. But saying 'it will cost you £20' As I was in retail for many years, I was absolutely seething at his so called Customer care.. Instead, I replied- 'Then if money is your way of looking after your customers, then I will have a refund, & & find a retail outlet that will show proper customer care' A refund was given, and I was so riled up I also wanted to get a refund on the tumble drier too.. Only stopped by the fact that I didn't want to disappoint my wife. To say that I am discusted by this member who wore a ridiculous 'business assistant' badge, is an understatement- & I swear, I'll NEVER use Curry's ever again, until their 'customer care' - or should I say, LACK OF IT vastly improves.

Do not give your card details to Curry's, PC World or Dixon's Carphone Warehouse I bought a laptop for my daughter in 2014 from Curry's. I signed up for one year of knowhow cloud storage. I have just discovered they have used my card details to remove £40 per year from my account since the initial purchase. I have now contacted the knowhow team 8 times asking for the account to be closed and my card details to be removed from the system. To date they have refused to do this.

I called 4 days in advance of the delivery of a tumble drier to ask for recycling to be added to my order, this in itself is not easy as the average wait time on the customer service line is 15 minutes. it took ages and lots of toing and froing for the lady to advise me that all I had to do was ask the delivery team to take it away and then call back to pay for it. on the day of delivery. When the delivery turned up (at 10.20am despite me paying extra for a timed delivery between 1-5pm!) they said that they could not take it away - they are a separate service and were not allowed to do this. They advised that as the delivery van came to our area every 2 days that we should simply call to have it booked in and pay. it took me several days to get through on the customer service line and when I eventually did they said that this could not be done as they do not offer this as a stand alone service! So after talking to two lots of employees - one deemed to be customer service - it appeasrs that none of them are trained in the policies and procedures of their own company. I'm now stuck with a tumble drier to recycle - so I will not be buying from Curry's again as they do not seem able to manage their own business or fulfill the services that they offer.

I had terrible service from Curry'/PC world 26 years ago buying a computer. Vowed I would never buy anything from them again and I never have. John Lewis and apple have benefited for the last 26 years. Disgraceful service is nothing new.

We ordered several items worth well over £1000. Before we paid for this we asked if we can delay the delivery until our house was built and we returned from over seas. It was agreed, BEFORE we paid. AFTER we paid it became a completely different story. AFTER a long fight it was agreed that we could get the smaller items sent to a local branch and that our son could then pick the smaller items up when he wasn't working. That was happily agreed to but apparently we needed a tracking number from the delivery company first to arrange this. The tracking number never arrived but we were TOLD the delivery to the house address was scheduled for Monday. Giving up, we re-arranged the delivery for the TUESDAY. Imagine our surprise when the delivery arrived on SUNDAY!!!!! No one was home, surprise! We then get a message that it's not a problem they will deliver the stuff on the scheduled delivery date as arranged. As my son was working late the previous night, he had literally just fallen into a deep sleep when the delivery turned up. Not a problem, they delivered about £500 worth of stuff, 7 items to a neighbour. There was NO permission to deliver the items to a neighbour. 2 of the items (the most expensive ones) were not delivered or stolen. After spending £6 everytime we call, we were told, they will investigate but the answer to any queries can take anything between 7 and 14 days. In the meantime we have lost £200 worth of stuff with NO explanation, not to mention at least £18 worth in phone calls

Pathetic company. Purchase an expensive cooker, waited for "promised" delivery, nothing turned up,no updates, no contact from anyone,no information from customer service after 30 mins on hold. Finally told me they had attempted delivery ( a lie, found out the driver ended his round 6 drops early because he overslept !!! ) Demanded a refund and went elsewhere. So should you.
