Absolutely appalling service. I have been trying to reach the customer service team for 2 days (and this is not an exaggeration). Online chat agents simply say they can only deal with new orders. My order that was due for collection was cancelled without explanation. While this is boring and completely unhelpful due to the lack of communication, the gift cards I used to purchase the item are now showing a zero balance and cannot be reused. I am left with no product and Currys have taken my money. There is absolutely no way for me to speak to anyone who can help with the issue. How this company still exists is beyond me. I will never return as a customer and encourage others to stay clear.

Why not 0 stars. Advertised an item was in stock, Told me it would be delivered Friday. Didn't turn up.I phoned to find out where it was, found out no longer in stock. None in country,so no idea when they can supply this. Went for a refund, will have to wait for minimum 16 days to get my money back on an item they never had, misadvertised as being in stock. Impossible to get through on phone, online webchat a waste of time. Had to send 7 emails,4 webchat conversations and 10 hours queue on their phone and still no joy. Smells like they are going bankrupt to me. Horrible company these days, avoid them now if you are sensible.

I had to give 1 star but in reality it would be 0 stars. Due to self isolating/shielding had to make Make online purchase 3/10/20, email on receipt of my payment delivery would be before 10/6/20. Then got email saying delivery would be week commencing 15/6/20. Item still not delivered by 28/6/29. Order showing as being processed. Have spent a total of 5 hours 15 minutes trying get through customer services, emailed and written letter, still unable to speak with anyone. Curry’s unable to create an online order cancellation or decent remote working customer services service. Have used other online electrical retailers large and small during above dates, had all of their products delivered and where applicable installed. Curry’s unlawfully retaining my monies, ignoring phone calls, emails and letters. One wonders how much they make off customer service phone line waiting queues. For a so called leading technical know how expert they are totally useless and have made no effort to respond to customer complaints which demonstrates their utter disregard to their customer base. My advice to avoid them at all costs and use other UK retailers.

I would give then no stars After waiting 6 weeks to get a reply through Ebay I decided to phone them if I could, I was on the phone continually from 10.am to 5 p.m 2 days ago got cut off 4 times. So I rang again today, I've been on the phone for another 2 1/2 hours so far and have been cut off 3 times and I still havn't been put through to the right department (well I have but they just put the phone down straight away). this is no way to run a business and I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.

Purchased a hotpoint dishwasher which has developed numerous faults. One is dangerous it heats up without allowing water in .I haven't written ,emailed and used their call back service ,they have replied to none of these .I will never spend another penny in CurrysPC world even if they were the last shop on the planet . They can advertise on TV and sell on line , purchase from them at your peril .

Ordered a washing machine which delivery drivers refused to fulfil because they didn't want to wheel the box 20 meters, I even offered to help them but they couldn't be asked. I then rescheduled another two dates after no one turned up each time even after I had secured parking for them that was closer to the property. Finally requested my refund. Will never use again. Disgraceful and unprofessional.

Paid Currys for a delivery of a tv on 10th June. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to, for which Currys charged me £20 delivery. On arrival the next day, being disabled, I asked the Currys deliverer to screw it to my existing wall bracket, which would have taken about a minute to do. The reply was "we're not doing it, we've got a full day, but I can take it away". I said "take it away". I then phoned their customer services. They said that they would refund me, and send me an e mail to confirm. The e mail said that no money has been taken. It had. I paid by Paypal 48 hours prior to the non delivery. I see from Trustpilot that this is s fraudulent tactic often used by Curries. I opened a dispute with Paypal on 17th June. To date, I have no TV in lockdown, and no refund from these crooks. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CURRYS.

Ordered two tv's costing £800 and paid by debit card. Currys have taken the money and then later cancelled the order with no explanation. They have then kept the money and I await it's return. Rang customer services and they were dismissive and rude telling me I just had to wait for the refund. I am only upset that I cannot give then no stars! I have since ordered the same TV from Argos with no problems. I will never shop with Currys again. Appalled by their attitude!

Purchased a Chrome book and Laptop Case, only received the case. Could not get information from Curry's as to where the Chrome book was. I eventually contacted my bank after a week of waiting, and they recovered the money I had spent. Avoid using Curry's as much as possible, and try shopping locally where Customers are more valued.

Bought a washing machine and paid £60 extra for fitting and disposal of the old one. The engineer said he couldn't get the old machine out because it's output hose was inaccessible as it was routed behind the dishwasher. We agreed that I would carry out the work myself and arrange a refund for fitting and disposal of the old machine. This was the week before full lock-down and we had just started self isolating because of age and health issues There was no phone number available for the shop we'd bought it from ,the number on the receipt was for the national call centre and they refused to deal with anything relating to items not purchased online and said I should contact the shop, but didn't have a number and a week later it shut down because of Covid19 !!! I have sent 2 e-mails that have never been replied to, A web chat which again was unhelpful. Three months on and I haven't had any help from Currys... I will never use them again. COVID 19 is no excuse, they are still happy to sell and deliver items but fall short on customer service. I am now trying to get Charge-back through my bank... Here is a quote from their web site... "If you need to contact us regarding a complaint, please do so by contacting our dedicated customer service team who are happy to help: By phone: 0344 561 1234 (Option 3, Option 4) and we will aim to resolve the issue on the call" HA what a Joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where to start. Not under any circumstances will I or any of my family and friends buy from this company again. I would answer your question but I have tried so many time to talk to employees of this company. The customer service is a disgrace. Hope it closes soon. You have my money and I have no goods. That not a contract I can accept.

I'm only leaving a 1 because 0 is not an option. On June 20th i called a Currys tele sales person to enquire about an item, it was confirmed a store & processed to make my purchase online click & collect. I received conformation & made the 9.5 mile journey to Staples Corner. On arrival I noticed I had received another email of cancellation but no reason given, it also stated that no money had been taken! I questioned this with someone at the store to learn that the item had not been available at that store to buy!! I called my bank & Currys had requested the money all £1989 of it & I had to call customer services to demand my immediate refund. I called 3 or 4 times & was put on hold for around a total of 3hrs...one call 1hr 59mins all to no avail. On the 16th I learn that the full amount had been taken when I was expecting an automatic refund after3-5 working days. After 10 days of randomly calling I get to speak to a chap who had no reason as to why the transaction had gone through but could not confirm they had received the funds & instructed ME to call my back & sort it.....I soon put him straight & demanded a full refund.... he spoke with his manager & to my relief was unreservedly guaranteed my money would be in my account before the days end. The next day 12.01hrs I call my bank & I still do not have my moneys. Two lessons learned 1) Pay by credit card. 2) Currys do not even provide a level of service that is worth complaining about so just avoid!

tried to cancel an online order as could get it £14 cheaper. can only do this by phoning and in store is instore credit. my call was answered within 2 minutes but i was then told i would be put through to the relevant department. 41 minutes later the phone rang as though going through for 30 seconds and then went dead. use argos or other online store if purchasing online for peace of mind
